The Chequers at Cutnall Green

The food and service were excellent quality as it always is when we visit the Chequers. Looking forward to our next visit there very soon.

Lovely food beautifully presented and very attentive wait staff. The restaurant is nicely decorated with a good atmosphere. Tables are very close together that’s the only criticism

The menu was good, with great specials. All diners enjoyed their food. Service was speedy, without being rushed. Welcome at the bar was friendly. I would recommend The Chequers for a lunchtime visit.

I have eaten at Chequers many times and never been disappointed. Once again the food was excellent and the service was efficient and delivered by polite staff.

Great food , lovely place and excellent service....a pleasure to visit as always Last couple of times I've been there it's been quite busy so suggest booking to be sure!

Friendly, good service, excellent food. Menu choices for three courses bit different from the norm. Food hot, well presented and served with a smile! Lovely evening.

First time we have been for breakfast and it was beautiful will definitely do it again the service was amazing too definitely worth a visit

Lovely pub & restuarant in the Worcestershire countryside and food was great! Limited menu but then quality ingredients. Recommend the steak and ale pie and pizzas!

One of the best meals I have had in a long time. Excellent lamb Kofta starter and great Plaice special main in particular. Just short of full 6 because we were not offered the specials pudding board to choose from and didn't fancy the menu puds. Had a share of cheese board which was lovely.

Always great! We regularly visit here and have never had a bad meal in all the years we have dined here. Roger and his staff are fab!

Friendly welcome, great service, good choice of dishes on the menu, food was lovely and we didn't have to wait to long. Sat outside on the terrace/ beer garden, reasonably priced dishes.

An exceptionally enjoyable lunch. Great food and good service. Starter and main courses were exceptional. Puddings were great, but not of the same calibre as the first two courses. Staff attentive and helpful.

Food, drinks and service really good. Food portions very generous and very tasty. We did feel rushed though. Starters came out very quickly and there was only a short gap between starters being cleared and mains arriving.

We visited the Chequers for our anniversary meal and thoroughly enjoyed it. I ordered off the specials menu with some help selecting a meal from our waitress (it was so hard to chose between some lovely sounding dishes!). Her knowledge of the menu was excellent. My partner ordered the Butlers Steak which was cooked perfectly and very tasty.

As usual an exceptional meal with the service to match, great value and the choices are excellent from the daily specials to the a la cart menu and for the cost this is all great value for the money.

Great place, lovely staff - food was nicely presented, very tasty - only reason I have give 5 instead of 6 is that my husband had the pork and there was only one tiny slice! I also think that all the main courses are not worth the same price - £16.95 - makes it a bit expensive for the veggie options - other than that, excellent and worth the ride out!

It was a very pleasant experience , we enjoyed the meal, and will recommend to my friends and family, the service was excellent , we went on a Sunday lunchtime so it would be nice to see if it’s the same on a nighttime visit, con not fault it, brilliant

We really enjoyed our meal. All the dishes we had were delicious and well presented. The service was good. The music being played was to our taste, but we asked if the volume could be turned down and it was.

Met friends for breakfast- the standard of service was excellent and the food was , as usual, hot fresh and tasty ( and plenty of it 😀)

Unfortunately we live about an hour away from The Chequers so our visits are only a few times a year, but yesterday's as always was excellent. The food choice and quality was superb, the staff are very friendly and welcoming and we all came away thinking we had thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Thank you and it is good to see that standards are still very high at The Chequers, as they were also at the Bell and Cross when you owned it.

Went for 2 for 1 pizza, great food clearly straight from the oven, good friendly and welcoming service would recommend. Pizza box also available for next day lunch!

The usual friendly, helpful service, tasty food and wonderful atmosphere. Restaurant not too busy, just the place for the two of us to celebrate a birthday.

Lovely food and service .well worth a visit we all had different starters, mains & sweets a party of four and each of us were equally impressed ..we will definitely return ..DONT MISS OUT PAY IT A VISIT .

Very good & friendly service. The food was well cooked with good presentation. A full restaurant on a bank holiday Monday says that others also enjoy the Chequers.

The food is exquisite. More than regular or even good pub food. The waiter George was excellent and it was a joy to hear how he looked after an older couple. Had to wait a long time before even being acknowledged at bar and served. Waited to be seated for some time just standing there so could improve welcome to bring up to excellent standard of restaurant. Am looking forward to going back. The lamb was delicious

Nice interior, lovely atmosphere, food excellent though limited vegetarian choices apart from pizzas. What I did have (paneer kebabs) was simple but very nice. We will be returning when I'm in a pizza mood!

Horrible day with quite a covering of snow which this year seems to be doing a Columbo impersonation - leaving and then popping back with a "just one more thing" - but, as usual, excellent food and service and an amazingly warm atmosphere (especially had to giggle at 'Heatwave' by Martha Reeves and the Vandellas trilling from the speakers as we arranged a snowball fight with our waiter 😀)

An excellent lunch in a very nice location. There was an extensive menu and the food was very well prepared. Good service as well so overall a very pleasant experience.

From the moment we arrived the service we received was first class. The food was delicious and we could not fault it. Altogether we considered our Evening at the Chequers to be a true "Dining Experience" Many thanks and we will see you again.

Lovely venue with good atmosphere and food! Although the Sunday lunch we wanted wasn't available all day, three of us had enjoyable meals. We've visited previously, so it remains on our 'go to' list!!

Warm, friendly, delious food well served. This was a very relaxing and enjoyable evening in a lovely environment with a buzz of happy people. This was our second visit and was as good as the first one!

Excellent food in a lovely environment. The staff are always friendly and give good service. I would recommend the pub to everybody, whether you just want a drink, a light snack or a full on 3-course meal.

Food was good. However, we were shown to a table next to a very large party even though other tables were available. Wish we had asked to move because we had to shout to hold a conversation (large tables are always noisy). Usual keep kids serving who haven’t got a clue. Cold milk served with coffee instead of warm, so coffee ended being only warm. Whilst the food was good, wouldn’t rush back due to overall experience.

Lovely friendly cheerful warm restaurant. Prompt and helpful service. Good varied menu,one vegan well catered for. Good value for money. Good selection of gins. Nice open fire in bar,pleasant garden in summer.

The Chequers at Cutnall Green is a beautiful pub, which is dog friendly. We had an excellent lunch with first-class service - it couldn't have been better!
