Generaly OK but i had the roast beef Sunday lunch and the beef was tough to say the least but staff and service were great 👍

Food was very good, service was excellent. Only downside was the music was a little loud, but then we are 3 old pensioners!!!

We stopped by because the Leyton Engineer is opening up near us soon. If it's anything like the Boleyn Tavern, it will soon become our local and weekly stop. Thanks for a great experience and for making our toddler feel welcome!

Nice Sunday roasts. Large portions and friendly staff. Went with two vegans who enjoyed their meal although options limited to one choice. Some nice West Ham memorabilia in the corridors and the new interior is very tasteful harking back to it's traditional roots. Will return for sure.

Jazz was fab ! We love this spot and it’s getting better and better

We were due to be a party of 6, for my mothers 87 birthday. Unfortunately one of our party was ill so we were 5. We were given a table too small for 5, let alone 6, so it would have been even more uncomfortable. Our table was right next to the bar where over customers were squeezing in to place their orders and access the bar. There was a severe lack of spatial awareness, mainly due to the location of our table to the bar, most disappointing. The food however, was satisfactory for Sunday lunch.

Lovely restoration. The Sunday lunch is fabulous: veggie, carnivore and fish eater all very happy and very full. Staff really friendly and allowed us to take our time Many thanks.

Fantastic service. We were slightly late and the kitchen was reopened to accommodate our order which we were grateful for. A welcoming, unpretentious pub with a strong community vibe.

Brilliant roasts, great staff, really nice mix of clientele. Between us we had the pork, chicken, lamb and veg roasts and they were all fantastic. The gravy for the veg roast was so salty as to be pretty much inedible - but that’s the only fault we could find. Will be back.

We travelled from Norfolk to London for the day and as my boyfriend is a West Ham fan, he said he had always wanted to go here..... he was not disappointed. Lovely meal. We will return when we are next in London.

First time visiting The Boleyn. Was quite impressed with the interior. We had pre-booked our tables but unfortunately couldn't all sit together. The food was really nice but could have been hotter when served. Needed a few more staff to serve.

You can never go wrong for Sunday Lunch at the Boleyn.

We loved the family run, welcoming atmosphere as well as the beautiful decor! Super place.

Food was a let down. The pork was ok, Yorkshire pub cold & dry, veg over cooked & cold.

Always a good experience dining at the Boleyn. Their head chef cooks a wonderful roast dinner. It never disappoints.

My family visited from Wiltshire, so i took them to the local for a Sunday roast. The food was lovely and the service great as usual.

Tasty food, menu wasn’t that interesting so hopefully they rotate it more often.

Nice Sunday lunch but there’s a few basic things they need to learn. Sunday lunch is tend to be big portions so heat the plates. We also asked about five times if you wanted more drinks with your size the staff are not that organise it gets a bit annoying. They also automatically add a large service charge to the bill which means your visit ends with a difficult conversation if you don’t think they’ve done anything to deserve it which they hadn’t
