Lovely food, great ambience, good unobtrusive music . Helpful staff. Friend who was gluten free & all of us vegis had real choice. Not rushed either
It was my first visit & have already arranged my second. Lovely atmosphere and staff. Very accommodating with baby in our party. Delicious food & coffee.
We were a party of four , we reserved a table for 11am when we arrived there was another party of three waiting for a table they had reserved and no tables empty . So we were seated about ten minutes late ! It’s all about bums on seats for this restaurant. We were rushed into ordering and given the bill , unasked for , after 45 minutes, we had just finished our food and not yet finished our drinks ! We didn’t pay straight away and after a few minutes were told people were waiting for our table ! If a meal reservation is only for 45 minutes surely you should be told that when you book . When we questioned it the owner attempted to say we have not been rushed but my daughters half finished drink was on the table ! Nobody asked if our food was ok or if we wanted more coffee etc we won’t be going back
Really enjoyed our lunch there . Despite the restaurant being very busy for lunch the service was quick and friendly . The food was excellent offering a wide variety of dishes to choose from . Will definitely come back for another meal . 👍
3rd visit. This time not up to their high standard. Spicey chips covered more in salt. Pastry packets doughy / uncrisp. No tiramasu. Crumble powdery
Food fine but wait staff inattentive. Drinks brought ten minutes after food. Waited 15 minutes for check after plate cleared. Got the impression that single diners not really welcome.
Cosy environment, friendly staff and delicious food! It’s a small restaurant but feels spacious once you’re inside. The menu is varied and there is lots of great options for vegetarians too.
Food was good but not exceptional. However it was very noisy and cramped. I had to get up several times to let people at the table behind me get out.
Pleasant staff, delicious food, family friendly and good value. This is a reliable place that I keep returning to. Nice restaurant with all round good vibes.
