Excellent service, tasty food good value. Would recommend for a quiet meal out or for small groups

The food was okay if not particularly spicy, the service was rather amateurish but the young waiting staff were pleasant enough. They decided to start moving tables mid-service to accommodate a party that was already booked in, which wasn't very professional. Overall it was okay but I wouldn't be rushing back.

The food and service were fantastic. Definitely going back again. Mussels for starters were huge and so tasty. My.huaband had the ribs which were tender and falling off the bone. Main courses were lovely too

Greeted well by staff when arrived, very good service, food hot & very tasty. Was not rushed. Very clean and light. Will definatley go again.

It's a nice enough place but had better Thai food elsewhere. Food was served very quickly and I felt it couldnt have been fresh as was too quick. It was nice though as I say.

Group of 5 celebrating my daughter's birthday. She was slightly disappointed that the person who makes the cocktails was not working that day. However, the food was great, the service friendly and timely. A lovely evening out.

Cozy, clean, elegant little restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful and the food was EXCELLENT and very fairly priced. We had tamarind duck, red duck curry and tom yam and would recommend all of them.

Amazing food and cocktails and inviting environment. Catered for vegan diet really well. Relaxed meal and we will be returning as soon as we can.

Had a lovely meal with my sister and niece; we all enjoyed the food. The staff were really friendly and also took the time to go over the menu with me to explain which dishes were vegan or could be made vegan.

Very small portions, not sure if this was because we ordered off the early bird menu but noticed that other tables who ordered after us appeared to get a better service. It was obvious they had ordered off the main menu. Ginger garlic pork was tasteless. Red curry was very average. Wish we had visited the other Thai restaurant next door!

A really lovely find in the centre of St Helens. I'm new to Thai food but it's fast becoming my favourite type of food. Lovely quaint restaurant. Will be back for more!

Love the food love the venue The service needs improving as they couldn't make a cocktail because they didn't have a member Of staff there trained to make them But they tried very hard to please

Enjoyed our Thai food, banquet at £19.95 per head was good value, we particularly enjoyed the mixed starters (chicken satay, duck spring rolls, sesame toast etc.). We had booked but were surprised to find it wasn't very busy as it was Friday night. Would definitely recommend and will go back.

Very welcoming and friendly service. Food came quickly and was very good. Not too badly priced, although felt supplement prices for the beef were a little too high. Would definitely visit again.

The Staff were lovely. The restaurant seemed very clean and organised but perhaps a little more creative decoration would make it slightly more appealing. The food was very good, I would personally like to see more vegetarian variety in the stir fry dishes. Overall, we enjoyed our evening there and will go again

If you looking for orient thai food,Thai Jaa restaurant is perfect to visit.Great food,very tasty dishes as always! Clean tables-they change tablecloth after each visitor! Friendly and hopeful staff.We have been there many times,and will be back soon again!

I have already rated this restaurant as 'poor'. Service was u believably slow and even when we said we didn't want a break between courses, it still took 40 minutes to get our mains, which were very disappointing! We wouldn't go here again!!!

Thai Jaa has excellent quality food, a great atmosphere, and very friendly staff who are incredibly helpful. We will definitely be returning in the near future!

Our second visit to this restaurant excellent meal, we had different friends who like us enjoy good Thia food and they agreed that it was of a high standed. Only one negative on the night was they had too many people arriving around the same time so we had to wait sometime for food. I had the hose special sea bass can't tell you how tasty it was. Good vale as well

Nice restaurant,good staff,food average.Probably wouldn't go again.Was better when it was in the smaller building next door. Ambiance is OK but food does let it down now.

As always the food at Thai Jaa is beautiful, fresh and extremely tasty. We always feel very well looked after and the service is great. We opted this time for the early bird menu. Plenty of choice and very good value for money. Great food without breaking the bank!
