Thinking about making a SUSHINOEN booking?
Regardless of whether you’re a sushi-eating machine or you’re simply an amateur, you’ll find plenty of fantastic options on Sushinoen’s extensive menu. The restaurant can be found where White Church Lane meets Whitechapel Road, right at the entrance of Altab Ali Park in London’s Whitechapel area. It’s impossible to miss this local sushi joint – the izakaya lanterns adorning the restaurant’s brick exterior are a dead giveaway. Displaying a strong Japanese aesthetic sensibility with sleek wooden tables, sharp angles and artifacts, the interior of Sushinoen is stunning.
The cuisine at London’s Sushinoen is also stunning. Choose from a huge list of nigiri, sashimi, maki and temaki and build your own meal, or take a sushi platter like the Sushinoen moriawase platter or the salmon paradise. If you’re after something warm, we recommend the gyu teriyaki, a succulent cut of grilled beef served on an iron plate. The noodles at Sushinoen are especially comforting, like the seafood yakisoba or the miso ramen noodle soup with your choice of pork, chicken or vegetables. A scoop of green tea or black sesame ice cream – also available deep fried – provides the perfect conclusion to a meal at this Whitechapel Japanese restaurant. Book early to avoid disappointment!
