my friend came for the first time to this restaurant and she said she would be back as it was so good. although I did miss not having the pre theatre menu it didn't stop me having having a lovely meal before going to see Blood Brothers

Good prices for the food! Lots to pick from, nice variety and fast service which is great.. the only bad thing is that we booked it through meerkat meals so we would get the free starter/dessert and a main but was told they don’t accept it which was a bit annoying as they were on the site as accepted restaurants but oh well! Lovely staff and great food!

Dessert was average. Main and starter were sensational! Very well looked after

I absolutely love eating here with my family. We always get a lovely warm welcome from Kevin and the rest of the staff. The bang bang chicken is absolutely delicious and I love a steak with peppercorn sauce, chunky chips, onion rings and salad. I am usually too stuffed by then for a dessert but I can thoroughly recommend their sticky toffee pudding with ice cream. The butterscotch sauce is gorgeous. Due to covid, I couldn't have my usual Pina Colada cocktail or Sauvignon Blanc on this last visit but I was just as happy with a soft drink. Always amazing food and lovely chat with the staff who work so incredibly hard to make sure that everything is perfect for you. Can't wait to go back again soon.

This was the first time here and it was lovely, staff were great, steak was amazing along with the the cocktails the only thing that let it down was the desserts cheesecake was grainy, sticky toffee was dry and the apple pie was soggy but we were a table of 4 and we were there for amazing steaks and cocktails and they did not dissapoint will defo be back

Sitting here stuffed. Soup starter and then hot dog with home chips. Others tried various starters and mains and all will leave happy and content.

Our first pint of draught beer was off. This was replaced without a fuss. There was only one other table occupied in the restaurant and yet there was a very long wait for our order of 4 burgers. The burgers were good, but some of the chips were very undercooked. The background music was far too loud.

Wow, Steak & cherry was recommended to me by a family member and we were not disappointed. The service was friendly and very efficient. The atmosphere was relaxed and just what we were looking for before a show. The food choice was excellent and we ordered from the festive menu which was also great. Out of our group of 6 not 1 had a bad word about our experience. The food was delicious and inexpensive. I believe that all of us will definitely return for more that this tremendous find has to offer. Thank you to the staff for the hospitality and service and a big thank you to my mum for the recommendation. See you soon guys 10/10 from us

It was my daughters 50 th birthday, and we enjoyed our food very much only thing I would say is my son-in-law Couldn’t get a bottled or draught beer as he didn’t like what you had on offer. My daughter wanted a can of normal iron bru couldn’t get it so that would be my only complaint. The staff were lovely

This was our first visit to Steak & Cherry and we'll definitely be back. Amazing food, cooked perfectly. Very attentive to my severe food allergies, every dish was checked. Great varied menu, good portions on the set menu. Kevin made us feel very welcome, lovely guy. We're booked again already. Highly recommend this hidden gem.

Been here on many occasions before going to the Kings Theatre. Its great value for money and the food is great. Real chips too!!
