The Thai food here is sublime. We've been a few times and never been disappointed. Such a good selection

Great to be back at a restaurant that we love, under the Covid restrictions we did not know what to expect but all was dealt with to a very high standard. My only criticism is that we were unable to use our Gourmet Card, it wasn't a problem but was an embarrassment, had we been pre warned it would not have changed our reservation. As we had expected it was a great evening. Thank you.

It took.a while to be served for drinks but overall the night was great. The food was amazing!!!

My husband and I eat here regularly the food is always excellent, the staff all very helpful, easy parking, we certainly will return.

I've been here many times, I love eating here. Service last night was a bit on the slow side it was surprisingly busy for a Turs evening, however the food as always was wonderful.

First visit in over 20 years , food tasted absolutely fine, however after 30 mins wait after order starter finally arrived ( mixed platter) this was only Luke warm, after another 45 mins wait main course arrived,although very tasty again was only look warm, potatoes in curry were well cooked but cold in the centre. Would go back , maybe mid week when it might be quieter......

Long wait for prawn crackers although restaurant was almost empty. Food was very tasty but only lukewarm.

It was another lengthy wait for food. Other tables were getting there starters before us and they were seated after us. I think they forgot about us. When it arrived the chicken satay was so disappointing and tasteless and my parents soup was not spicy in the slightest even though he had asked for it to be extra hot. My main dish was immense yet again and still one of the best beef Masamans I’ve tasted. My partner again asked for extra hot green curry and it was no where near spicy. But he asked for extra chillies to add to it and it did the trick. The staff are friendly and can’t do enough for you but this time round I was slightly disappointed with the wait. Although it is nice to talk and make them evening last a little longer. There weren’t many people in so I’m not sure if it’s busy in the kitchen with takeaways, or the diners from the pub that causes the delay and forgetfulness of the food. All in all I will be going back from my favourite dish minus the starter this time.

Service was terrible, waited 25 mins before drink order taken , table booked for 6.30 and it’s now 7.50 and still waiting for main course. My partner who had his birthday today, was served half of his main meal which had to be taken away and reheated before remainder came. Really lovely food but was here last Monday and service was excellent.

Friendly and pleasant staff, food presentation lovely and food outstanding. Defiantly will be paying a visit again.

Saturday lunch for four, great value and good choice of starter and mains. Only criticism, if there was one is that the restaurant was quiet yet drinks and then mains took some time to arrive.

We visited Star of Siam at the Highfield Hotel on Friday 29/6/2018 to celebrate our 50th Wedding anniversary with our family. In total there were 9 at our table. We have eaten at the restaurant many times before and enjoyed every meal, and Friday was no exception.The food was fantastic and the service was perfect. Made it the perfect evening for us.
