Great interior and, choice of food especially with tastecard! felt like in morocco
Delicious tasting food. Excellent staff. Service overall was fantastic. Will definitely be visiting here when I come to London again. The atmosphere and decor is amazing.
Food was served lukewarm and was not very tasty. Variation of textures to same rice dish, mine was very dry and my colleagues was over cooked. At least 3 of us did not eat our main course and we each love our food! There were 6 other colleagues with me and the bill was over £350! This was not good value for money as we did not enjoy the food and I feel especially disappointed as I picked the restaurant and feel partly responsible for the group meal. I have been to other Moroccan restaurants so I am familiar with the food and what to expect and this did not meet our expectations which is a great shame.
Very relaxed, beautiful setting and the food was great! Staff were really friendly and drinks were really different too, the iced mint tea is gorgeous.
Lovely restaurant. Good choice on Menu. Delicious food. Reasonable priced. Soft Drinks a little bit pricy. Helpful and friendly Staff. Would recommend a visit if you like Moroccan Food.
Such a great atmosphere in the restaurant. The Moroccan style decor and seating is amazing and you forget you are in the middle of London. Lovely staff, good service, and most importantly delicious food.
Great food in fun ambience. Good service and helpful staff. Loved the decor and the authentic Moroccan decor. Could even smoke a Hookah if so desired.
Interesting restaurant, great food & service You wouldn't believe you are sitting in central London an oasis amongst all the hustle and bustle. Well worth a visit
Food was bland and our reservation wasn't up. The tables were too close to each other. Plus as soon as we finished they shoved the bill at us. It was the blandest food I've eaten.
Very stingy with the bread and the starters. Portion sizes were small but when we asked for more cous cous they did bring it. My friend's fish tagine was lukewarm and tasteless. The lamb shank one was very good.
The venue was lovely, we had our own area for our large group. We pre ordered our meals the day before, we found the staff really attentive and service was great. Everyone was happy with their meal choices and we had a wonderful time. I would definatley reccomend this restaurent to anyone. I will definatley go back again
The atmosphere and decor at Souk Medina are fabulous. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The food was delicious, would recommend the Tagine's. The tables were a little small and close together, but overall, a really great evening and I would recommend here with out hesitation.
superb food, great atmosphere, superb service and spectacular dancer by the tables. the decor was very realistic, just like walking into a souk. it was like walking from London straight into Morocco.
Tasty, tasty food. Took my parents there when they came to visit me, they praised me for choosing this place, good service and decent prices.
Nice ambience- lovely waitress .brilliant cocktails too. Quite expensive on food an drink . Food bit of let down but a nice place to eat an drink in London.
Great food and beautiful surroundings. The food came promptly and was good value for money. The service was a little slow to start with and our drinks took a while to arrive but the staff were all very friendly.
Lovely place with a very nice decor and wonderful food! Definitely worth the visit! Very friendly staff and nice music! Thank you very much for the experience!
Had a lovely date night with great atmosphere and lovely foo. Will be coming back again with friends for drinks and shisha in the future
The food was delicious, best lamb i ever had! The decorations were beautiful, cozy light and chilled out music. Made us feel like in Maroco! Will definitely visit again.
The food and atmosphere was great, service was friendly enough but a tad slow. Would definitely come back and try more items on the menu.
Food is always good as with the service. Good location and great they offer tastecard deals for those who can have it. A few more vegan/ vegetarian options would however make it better.
The food and restauarant was amazing. I would definitely recommending coming here on a first date. It will guarentee another one. Also the price is not too expensive and the belly dancers are great.
Although I booked well ahead no special table was reserved. We were given a table that was squeezed in and claustrophobic. I asked for another one and it wasn't a problem. The interior seems a bit run down. The food and wine were very delicious and the waitress kind and friendly. I had been at the Souk Medina a couple of times and always enjoyed the belly dancers. But this time the music was horrendously loud so that we decided to immediately leave. What a pity!
Nice food and lovely service, big portions. ...just don't liked the cocktails we ask for caipirihna and testing just alcohol. ..i.think they forgotput sugar. The grape shisha (they recommend ) is very nice!
Great food, excellent service. Really enjoyed the experience. The staff went above and beyond for us and really made the experience special. Thouroughly enjoyed it
A nice place with a great atmosphere. Food a bit pricey though (for what it is). Standards not so good. I go for the atmosphere alone.
we booked ahead as couldn't get in when we tried before. Good meal, but slightly over priced. the service was ok, had to query our bill which they accommodated
Beautiful restaurant decor and in a great part of town. The food was delicious and authentic. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. The customer service was fantastic and we were well looked after. I had my birthday at Souk Riverside in Vauxhall which I also recommend - next is Souk Bazaar! Thank you!!
Nice food, we had different things which costs the same, one plate was overflowing and the other had hardly anything on it. Probably won't go again.
Very nice restaurant with attentive staff and delicious food. I had never visited the restaurant before, but had gone on recommendation from a friend. We were not disappointed. Will definitely return.
Lovely restaurant with truly amazing food, but we struggled with getting the attention of a waiter/waitress and we were put in a room with air conditioning which was blowing cold air straight into our faces. When ordering wine during our meal on several occassions, there was always someone left out and we had to call the waiter/waitress again immediately after they left to finish ordering the wine. Also towards the end of the dinner after all other guests left the room we were waiting there for a good few minutes to just order the check. This makes for an awkward atmosphere if you're treating a nice guest to a dinner. But I will return here for the amazing Maroccan food anyway.
Fab! Transports you to Morocco in a flash. Great food and service and in a wonderful vibrant area of London - seven dials. The decor inside is relaxing and cosy. Perfect with friends.
The restaurant is nice, good location and good food. The staff is gentle. In relation to the number of people and plates the table are small and some time unconfortable.
Cool place and great service. Would highly recommend. The mint tea and falafel were particularly good, service is very quick too - handy for pre-theatre dining
Beautiful settings with a relaxed ambience and brilliant service! The food was great value with a Tastecard and was delicious! Will be back soon! :)
We used a taste card for our booking and so got the 3 course set menu for £10 a head. It was excellent value for money and the food was delicious The restaurant has a lovely interior and the service is good. The only con was that service charge of £6 was added on to the bill which we felt wS way too high.
Food was very good and the service fast and kind. The atmosphere and the place itself are warm and amazing. My only con would be that the food had too much garlic, but this can be just personal taste.
Nice place but... 5 pounds for an small glass full of ice with a little shot of homemade lemonade! Food was not bad but nothing special and quite expensive after all. Be carefull with the prices of the drinks, ask if they are not on the menu!!
The venue was incredibly genuine and not gimmicky at all. I felt transported to a place very different from that of London. The food was fantastic, I certainly would recommended a mixed grill, whilst sampling some of the starters, from which the spicy potato was fantastic. Watch out for the belly dancers too!
Very disappointing. We arrived at 12.30 and ordered just after 1pm but after ordering, the waiter came back and said that half of the things we had ordered they didnt have, including rice, which hadn't been prepared yet. We said we didn't mind waiting for the rice (how long does it take to cook rice?!) but he just kept repeating that it hadn't been prepared. We changed our orders and when the food did arrive, it was just average. We found the grilled meats to be very dry and had to ask for sauces & harissa to help it go down. We found it to be very expensive for what it was, and won't be going back.
Atmosphere and decor were very nice customer service was fantastic! Restaurant offered a range of food and drinks from wines to non alcholic cocktails food was cooked very well would recommend
The restaurat is nicely decorated and the start is kind. The portions ate quite big, a starter is big enough for 3 people and the main curse is huge. Would recomand of you are looking to try something else.
The restaurant served excellent food and I think they provided a really great service. The atmosphere was top notch and the decorations made it a restaurant to remember.
This resturant could reach 5/6 (food and atmosphere was excellent). if they dont assume customers want to give 20% service charge. We were only a party of 6, ordered from the menu without any 'high maintence' requests. The art of giving service is at customer discretion. Initially we were shocked 20% was assumed and added to the bill, then we were further shocked when the waitress questioned why we hadnt chosen to pay the full service charge.
Lovely setting and ambience. Staff friendly and attentive. Food good especially the Royal Couscous dish and the halloumi starter. Will definitely visit again. Try it!
Lovely atmosphere. Great food- lots of different authentic tagines. Good service. Beautiful decor-feels as though you are in Morocco. Had a very enjoyable memorable evening.
Really good food. Would have liked the Moussaka to be bottomless too! The set menu was excellent value for money. Really good service as well.
Souk Medina is a lovely Moroccan hideaway! The restaurant is very cosy & authentically decorated. The food was good, we enjoyed tagines, mint tea & baklava.
Lovely food, but the service was very slow. We wanted more drinks but waited for so long that we ended up just getting the bill instead. Such a shame.
