Except for the non-local managers that really go out of their way to make things right, engage with their customers and demonstrate a genuine interest that you are in fact "there", the rest of the staff provides that "local local" service - grunting at you, an occasional fake smiles and never quite fully answering questions. Basically they walk around like robots. Last time I was here part 1 and 2 of my lunch arrived while my friend's part two arrived three minutes later, and then finally his part one. I asked whether the server had a clue that this is not ideal - and she empathetically explained the kitchen was busy.

The food tasted great. There are variety of menu which you can choose non-vege or vege version. Serving time was exceptional! Interior is also nice collaborating with G.O.D., a lifestyle store, and I'm willing to spend long time with my best friends.

Food is always delicious at Sohofama. Yesterday the service was sliw, probably understaffed, we had to wave, wait, wave and re-wait before being noticed. And most of the signature dishes were sold out. For sn 8:30pm reservation it is surprising. We will br back, we live that place, hopefully next time it will be smoother.

very affordable lunch set. fresh, quick and yummy! staff accommodated us even before opening hours. we requested for recommendation for dimsum and the staff suggested a mushroom option (because I'm vegetarian), it was very flavorful. the place was very clean and had a hip vibe to it, which fits very well in the artsy PMQ.

The service was very slow and extremely poor . Our food was lying on the table for 10mins and inspite of asking for plates and cutlery we did not get any inspite of asking 2-3 times and the food just sat on the table getting cold . Asked for spicy sauce with the dim sum and we did not get it till we finished our lunch . The highlight was the fact that we ordered a dish and asked for the mushroom to be removed because my friend was allergic to mushrooms and we clearly specified that to the person taking the order and they very kindly removed the mushrooms from that particular dish . However the other dish we ordered had little pieces of mushroom in it and they did not bother to tell us inspite it clearly telling the staff that my friend was allergic to it and we only realized after we ate the mapo tofu that it had little pieces of mushroom in it . A very sad and pathetic experience at Sohofama and I’m definitely not going back .

Excellent and very fresh dishes. Vegan and vegetarian friendly but menu includes many WL derful meat dishes as well. Never have been disappointed with my choices. Service is attentive and very welcoming.

Nice atmosphere. Great place to rest after walking around PMQ. However, food serving is ridiculously small even for ladies. But quality is not too bad. Just that they should improve on the quantity.

Great service. Really appreciate the Gluten free options on menu. Everything was tasty and the ambiance is great. Overall the service makes the difference though.
