Food and service both good and the atmosphere was friendly and relaxed. We only had the main course with an acceptable Primitivo and the portions were large enough that we had no room for dessert.
Hello I and 2 friends had a lovely experience at this Restaurant yesterday lunch time. We thoroughly enjoyed our food and was served by very helpful and polite waitresses. We also stayed a long time as we had much to catch up on. We all love the Italian atmosphere of the restaurant - so Sicilian. We have eaten there 3 times before and would not hesitate to return soon.
Lovely authentic Italian food with authentic Italian staff. Very helpful. Have eaten there several times and always enjoyed it. Will be back again, for sure!
It was a very nice lunchtime meal. The menu had a great choice and they were decent portion sizes. The staff were also very helpful.
Excellent service, excellent food and great value. Try the small plate starters, we loved the zucchini in tempura batter and arancini with a tomato salsa. Pizzas are great and they serve the most authentic plate of Italian grilled vegetables (courgette, pepper and aubergine) in London.
Lovely restaurant, delicious food, and great service. Very cosy seating, not too loud, and the dinner options are good. Would also highly recommend for breakfast.
Good food, and delightful serving staff, Very much enjoyed our visit, will return soon with some other friends and hope to have an equally good time,
Sicily has good food. The restaurant is clean and well laid out. The variety of food is plenty and varied. Myself and my family and friends will keep going back.
Nice ambiance great service. Live piano and two atriums made it cosy. Food good and plenty of choices for vegetarians and vegans not too expensive by London standards would recommend
Brilliant place to eat, staff very friendly service good, food great. Would highly recommend but be sure to book as very busy. Very special place
As usual, they provided good service and good food. Always worth visiting. Go for seafood spaghetti. To die for and proper al dente. I’ll come back.
A lovely venue with lots of atmosphere and very busy. One minor disappointment was that there wasn’t any veal on the menu which one would expect in an Italian restaurant.
Very tasty food. Friendly efficient service. Qick service but without feeling rushed. Piano music made for a pleasant evening. Easy for station, train and coach.
Used Sicily for an informal business lunch meeting. We sat inside, upstairs which was quiet and comfortable. Food from the daily set menu was excellent and good value. Service was polite, friendly and unobtrusive too. Would certainly eat there again.
Very enjoyable meal here. Attentive staff and a menu with many traditional and tasty choices. Potion size was large and therefore value for money, especially in the capital.
We loved it! Ate there twice - food, music and atmosphere was great. Very easy access from our hotel on Ebury St. Highly recommend to fellow travelers!
quick service, which was great for a quick pre-theatre meal. Nice big menu - maybe could have a bit more choice on the set menu.
Great service, friendly staff and quite a spacious restaurant very close to Victoria station. The caponata, arancini and sfoglio and Sicilian red wine were pleasant.
Amazing staff and food. One of the best restaurants in London. We enjoyed a wonderful evening with my friends and same member of the staff
We had a great evening. The staff were friendly and welcoming The food was good, and menus offered lots of choice. definitely will eat there again.
Great Pizza and fantastic chefs specials. I would highly recommend this fantastic little restaurant. Service is excellent and friendly and the bar is well stocked.
excellent meal, big portions. discount for liking on Facebook. seriously best enjoyed on an empty stomach as we couldn't fit a pudding but the food was great
Excellent pizzas and perfect service. Our daughter liked her beef ragu with tagliatelle very much. Extra plus for the pianomusic. We Will cone back for sure next time visiting London.
The waitre was friendly, the food was great and the tiramisu superb. This was our third visite and we wil come back with our next visite to London.
We went with the whole family including young children. Very friendly staff, lovely food and great atmosphere along with reasonable prices! Will definitely be going again!
Friendly professional staff. Food is always tasty and good value for money. Really great tasting traditional recipes. I always recommend this restaurant to my friends and family.
We booked but arrived early, this was no problem. We were looked after and served quite quickly, considering it was busy. Great atmosphere only downside was we were quite close to the piano so quite loud. But enjoyed the tunes. Food lovely
As usual, good food, good service and nice and gentle background music. I like that place.
We both really enjoyed all the food we had. The ambiance and staff were great as well. Will definitely be going back. We also used a taste card which helped with the bill as well.
As usual, great food for a decent price in a nice atmosphere.
What an amazing find! Absolute gem of a place! We visited (a group of 9) on Saturday lunch time. From the moment we entered, the hospitality and ambience were just perfect. Great buzz and amazing food, excellent value. Most of us had the 2/3 course lunch set menu £13.50/£16.50. Great choices though most of us went for the calamari/meatball starter and beef ragu main. Wine delicious and reasonably priced too £24.50 for 1litre carafe of Sicilian wine. Staff also excellent and attentive.
Sicily Restaurant was easy to find and my friend and I were welcomed, although we arrived half an hour early. The food was delivered reasonably soon after we ordered, and it was hot, nicely arranged on the plate and very good to eat. We had the Sicilian chicken. We also had the tiramisu, which was very nice, except my friend could not detect any alcohol in it - it was pleasant, however. We were not in a hurry to leave (I had to catch a bus at a particular time) and the staff seemed quite happy to let us remain a little while after having finished the meal. I would consider going there again and would recommend it. It is a good, convenient, not too expensive restaurant for anyone waiting to catch a bus at Victoria bus or coach stations, or train at the railway station. Next time I shall try the fish.
The services, the food and the atmosphere were all so great Our food was superb .. and the staff are enjoying their job with a very friendly manner .. they kept popping by to check on us and whether we are ok with the our meals The piano and singer were so lovely. Indfact on Fri and Sat night the restaurant organises musical .. you feel that your in middle of Italy .. Sicily style
Great atmosphere, good value for money, good service. Food was tasty and everyone of the 6 cleared their plates. Will go again when in London.
There was an exhibition event on and we felt rushed to give back the table. 2 waiters stood arguing over it and looking over at us, even though I’d booked the table a month ago. we had to wait until they set up our table for 5, squashed in the corner of the room, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy with regular diners , they had set up for the large event party who weren’t eating at the time. No children’s menu available or offered Food was average a bit disappointed to be honest.
As usual, the perfect place to go for a nice evening with good food and wine. Try the lobster spaghetti. So good. This time the music was quite quiet which I liked. One could talk and have a nice conversation at the table.
Gluten free options, family friendly and great food. The staff are friendly and there is a good selection of wines. I definitely recommend Sicily restaurant.
Waiting staff seemed focussed on each other rather than customers - their shouted chatting drowned out my conversation yet it was hard to get service
Food excellent and very good value. The staff were very attentive without being intrusive. We were doubly lucky to hear some excellent live jazz as well.
Amazing food and service. The place was great and the live piano music tied it all together. Would definitely recommend, and I'll be going again.
Great Place , amazing atmosphere. Food reasonably priced and of good quality. Staff friendly. Would be good to sit upstairs as it can be quite loud close to the piano.
It's a very nice place, good food and very unpretentious. Service is nice and friendly. And they have a great lunch menu. My only suggestion: weekly specials, otherwise the lunch menu gets a bit boring after a while.
Lovely true Italian. Food was excellent staff very friendly. Very atmospheric and quaint. Not far from the tube and all the theatre's making it an ideal pre theatre stop.
Located next to Victoria bus station not the ideal place for a relaxed dinner very noisy over priced food better quality can be found in other nearby eateries
Lovey place, lovely staff. Sat outside in the sun which was beautiful. Tiny bit slow on the service but it was a nice day & busy so it didn't have a bad effect.
Excellent value for money, tasty & well presented food, nice wines and good service. I loved the live music but my guest thought it was a little too loud. Some of the seating is on a mezzanine floor with a fairly steep staircase - and not that much space. Generally it was great. I will definitely go there again. Give it a try.
Set price lunch is good value and the food tasty and well portioned while the wine prices are average for London. Service was fairly good too.
The restaurant was not busy the night we ate there. It took quite a while to have our order taken. Poor service continued throughout the meal. We had to continually ask for more water. While there were 2 of us eating the waiter would bring one glass of water or just ignore us. The food was mediocre and the lack of service was enough to write this review We spend 78 pounds so it wasn't like we were eating cheaply.
First time in London so it was hard to find places that are affordable and good. The food was so delicious. Our waiter was fantastic. I would defiantly recommend this place.
Everything was OK. Plenty of space for 5 people plus a baby and a stroller. Pizza pasta and starters good but not special. Nice pianobar music but prob to loud.
