Lovely little restaurant, was a little surprise on how quiet it was for a Saturday night But will return next time we are up in the area
A great experience and fantastic authentic sichuan food! We will be back
Good food and great service. Convenient location. The set-up is simple, but the place is with a visit
Excellent cuisine and atmosphere. Lovely service and location. Absolutely recommended
Friendly staff, service was prompt and some dishes were good. Didn’t love all the food but it was a nice evening out with friends.
All considered, not bad. A bit of confusion in service for hot pot...
We did have an excellent chinese meal. The food was great. Also the service was very good.
Our lunch was very good, very good chinese meal. The service was also very good.
The food was delicious and the staff were super helpful and friendly, we were spoilt with choice on the menu, I would recommend trying the Signature Dumplings and the Prawns with dried chillies and the Salt & Pepper Squid, I would definitely return again for Crab and Lobster, be sure to pre-order the Lobster when you book your table, worth going in a bigger group just to try more dishes!
Friendly service, would recommend to anyone looking for Sichuan dishes. Big portions, decent price.
Absolutely outstanding and authentic Sichuanese food. Couldn’t fault in and the staff are extremely helpful and knowledgable
Nice good food, hot and spicy, ok price, ok service,
The chicken and peanuts was SO GOOD. Thank you. Service was great, too.
Great food at a great price. Will definitely come back.
Amazing food - nice atmosphere , friendly and helpful staff
Amazing food with great service, will be going again in the near future
It was a pleasant experience. It is no the usual chinese with 500 possible dishes, they have a reduced colourful menu. It has also been the first Chinese staff with whom we have received feedback. The recommend us, they asked for the outcome...
This was the best sichuan restaurant I have been in london. We thought it was going to busy , so we made reservation online. It was actually busier than we expected. we were luck to be in without waiting. the staffs there were very friendly , they helped me to choose some dishes, mixed with spicy and no spicy options. we finally got the traditional boiled fish , twice cooked pork and fried beans with special rice. We did enjoyed every single dish. end up with all empty plates. and the prices are very reasonable, 46 pounds for two of us with drinks included was quite good. nice people , nice service, nice food , what's more ...
Great food, the service could have been a bit faster.
Very welcoming will use again in future good value for money
Overall the food was pretty salty and too oily. Prices were reasonable. Service was fast and the staff seemed friendly.
Amazing food and service. Would highly recommend. Authentic Chinese restaurant
Great place! Will come again. Friendly staff and service. X
Food is delicious but the quality is not as good as previous visit, wondering if they change the chef!
Great food, nice people, relaxed atmosphere, good service. Would recommend.
Excellent food - as always. We appreciate the imaginative variety
Better than most of the Sichuan restaurants in London Chinatown.
Shíwù gǎnjué zhēnshí, hǎoxiàng wǒ zìjǐ zài zhōngguó chī. Gōngzuò rényuán yě bīn bīn yǒulǐ, bīn bīn yǒulǐ, wèi cāntīng zēngtiānle yīsī gōngwéi. Zhēnshi dāngzhīwúkuì!
Food was okay. Staffs didn’t seem to know how to serve tables though... we got a table which blocked the table inside. So we had to move our chairs or get up for the staffs to serve the table inside. Wasn’t very a great experience. Also they kept asking if they can clean our table while my friend was still eating hmm
Fantastic hot pot dinner tonight. Beef was amazing. We had a great time. Byo with corkage is a good deal. We didn’t drink though. The a la Carter looks amazing too
Great experience. As a must-see for the hot-smelling Chinese, the service attitude and the amount of meals are great compared to other Chinese restaurants! The best Chinese in London I have been . If you visit the Brick lane , you must come! highly recommended !
Still one of my favourite places eat. Used to be in there at least once a week when we were based in Brick Lane. Now its even more of a treat when I go.
The food was quite good. There was a nice range of traditional food and proper seasoning. There was a good range of food, if you aren’t vegetarian. Very good service.
Food as always is authentic and tasty. The service is as ever inconsistent but I always come away happy. Definitely would recommend the hot pot if you have time.
We had a hotpot. The broth had no flavour and meat/fish was still frozen when they served it. We had to serve ourselves the accompanying sauces from plastic tupperwares in the corner of the restaurant.
_Very_ tasty sichuan food. No complaints about the service. Prices also are reasonable (£8-£15 depending on the size of the dish). We got 5 rices, 4 mains and 1 appetizer for 5 people and ended up just paying £11.86 each.
Lovely place and good atmosphere, would definately go again! Service was fast with very attentive staff and the food was delicious and not too spicy.
The food was amazing - the most authentic I’ve found since travelling in Sichuan. Service was very quick and efficient and the staff friendly. My new favourite Chinese.
Great food, iffy service. Not rude or bad, just a bit indifferent. Cold starter of spiced cucumber was amazing and so were vegetable gyoza. As with all Chinese restaurants lighting was harsh, and shared tables not my favourite thing. But would definitely go back for superbly authentic Sichuan cooking.
Very goodfood - authentic, nice service, very loud music though and a noisy table next to ours made the experience slightly less enjoyable than it could have been. Don't know why restaurants need such loud music
We discovered this place when we were visiting brick lane , it was a such a busy night. When my wife and me came to the restaurant, we were kind greeted by the waitress and guided to the seat. In a little while, the manager ( I was told later ) came around to explained the Sichuan cuisine and recommended some popular dishes to us . We took signature dumplings, twice cooked pork , boiled fish , and fried beans . All the dishes were wonderful represented, and tasty amazing, the first time tried Sichuan food , we love it so much. On top of this , the price was quite reasonable, the paid 48.30pounds for this such a wonderful meal . worth it . We will definitely be back soon . High recommend.
Was seated next to a table of children playing on iPads. Asked to move and told no other tables free in a half empty restaurant. Left. Not happy.
Really fantastic authentic Sichuan dishes. Generous portions with each one well prepared and tasting delicious. We had traditional boiled fish slices, double cooked pork meat, bean curd with tofu skin, and dry-fried green beans with pork mince - a good mix of dishes which went well with the Chinese Beer QingDao. Would highly recommend it if you fancy really authentic SiChuan food.
Delicious and flavoursome. Very helpful and attentive staff. Seafood dishes were extremely tasty and spicy. Noodles were beautifully cooked and hot. Definitely go there again! :)
The service here was absolutely fantastic, we weren’t hurried along despite ordering mains and tap water only and the servers were absolutely lovely. Thanks for a great night!
We experienced friendly service from looks like a family run business. The food was good. It is not your standard Yum Cha or anglicised Chinese food. The variety made for an interesting dinner with friends.
The food was good and fairly quick despite it being super busy for Chinese new year. I would go back and eat more . .
Everything was quite good despite that you will have to inform the restaurants when you want to have hotpot, I didn't know that when I went there so no hotpot is available to us.
