Paneer Sabzi (V)
Fresh sprigs of garden mint, parsley, tarragon & spring onions served with feta cheese & walnuts.
Kashk-e Bademjan (served warm) (V)
Baked, crushed aubergine slow cooked with garlic and herbs, topped with a sprinkling of crushed walnuts, sautéed chopped mint and a splash of kashk (traditional Persian preserved yogurt whey).
Calamari
