Great food, roast joints were very dry other than that, everything wad fantastic.

Tables are too close together, the receptionist needs to be more customer friendly, smile and speak to all guests. More professionalism needed.

While we sat to eat - the first thing they did was to provide bill very inconsiderate.. very few food option

Arrived on a busy early Thursday evening which added to the atmosphere, however the popular parts of the buffet were neglected, some of the dishes were tired, dried out, unappealing and in need of replacing/topped up. The serving staff were attentive.

Room wasn’t ready for the time we got there plus tried to leave other dinners in the room with us when we had booked the room out for a private party had to move tables ourselves then staff kept opening door in room and all night we kept getting a freezing cold bitter breeze coming in

The restaurant was extremely busy, however the staff were quick to seat us and there was fresh food available. It was amazing

Went at lunch time Sunday and they had Sunday dinner option also roast turkey and beef was fantastic. Big portions. The grill was epic lamb stakes awesome every time our family just love it here so much. It is costing us a small fortune as we are here far to often 😄

Good visit however a lot of things needed replenishing and having to ask for this to be done. They have changed their policy which you now pay upfront for your meal however I do prefer that so you can leave when you want rather than waiting for a bill. Toilets were clean on this visit and drinks arrived swiftly. The range of items were smaller than usual I felt however what was there was decent quality

We had lunch with our friends to celebrate my 30th birthday and we had a great experience 😊 Delicious food, nice atmosphere, friendly staff.

I usually enjoy my food at Saphire but I have to say the last couple times the sweet and sour chicken was unfortunately very chewy, hurting my jaw when eating. I cut into the the chicken and it almost looks like some sort of gelatin has been added- doesn't taste like real chicken. This is a shame as sweet and sour chicken is one of my favourite dishes. Everything else we did enjoy. Please Saphire keep your quality of your products high even if massed produced. This will ensure happy customers will keep returning!

It was my engagement party I booked well in advance and they put 20 people on 2 small tables which was annoying so when I ask the manger to get us bigger table they gave us bigger table , food was really nice all our guest loved it as it was first time for them.

We had a lovely time. Excellent quality and choice of food. Food freshly made. The staff were friendly and attentive, happy to cater to our needs. Excellent service all round. A nice lunchtime meal with friends. There was food for all the different dietary needs in our group.

Hi, overall it was a nice experience as usual. It's our regular and local place to eat out. Kids always like coming to saphari. Today it was little bit disappointing. The containers of vegetarian items were not refilled timely. Every time we had to ask staff. Staff is always friendly and as usual they been really helpful today as well. But someone should keep checking and refilling the food items. Otherwise overall it was a nice visit.

Always love going to Saphari. There is always a large choice of food and we never have to wait around for things to be refilled.

It was OK I guess, though they removed some menus which u love. And I wasn't happy they charged my daughter of 11 years the same amount (£22.99) with an adult simply because she's tall. My baby of just 2 years was charged (£5) and he didn't even eat anything. Even after pleading with them that he won't eat and we brought him because we couldn't leave him at home. I seriously need to look for another better buffet restaurant

We didn't book the table till half hour before we ate so that's really good. Great starters, lots of choice of mains from all over the world and lots and lots of desserts too!! Many veggie options for my daughter so happy days! Clean, really good service, friendly staff, hot food, all fresh and just really nice!!
