Staff were lovely as was the food will definitely go again
Lovely food as usual. Love this place even during the week altho my fav day is Saturday. Cocktails taste lovely too and 2for1 is a bargain
The online booking was easy and we were seated straight away when we arrived. There was lots of choice and the food was flavoursome and fresh. Our table was cleared quickly so there was never a used plate present whilst eating. Will definitely return.
Terrible! Hardly any food, had 1 make shift plate and was refused a refund
Great variety of food, something for everyone. Nice selection of desserts , refills drinks option which was great for the kids. Free parking
It was an amazing meal for my celebration and the food was of a high standard and the choices available incredible. Will definitely be returning
It was great experience , I like noodles there . Kids enjoyed desserts bcoz there are so much options for that ….
We going on Monday not too busy food is okay but all food is need to filled and goat curry has bad smell
Good food, nice variety, quite pricey but can get your moneys worth
Overall very good. Great variety of food and all very good. The staff is very good and attentive as well
Lovely time here for my daughter’s birthday. Staff are welcoming and attentive. Will be back x
Food was amazing staff were brilliant so friendly and the atmosphere was superb thank you will definitely be visiting again
amazing food and all the staff are friendly. the place is always clean
Great food excellent service grill was amazing as was all the food nice and hot friendly staff
Food was plentiful and varied. Well cooked dishes. Very enjoyable.
Very welcoming, quickly sat down in a quieter area of the restaurant due to children with additional needs. Large array of different food available making eating out with picky eaters an enjoyable experience.
The food was very nice. The variety of food is fantastic. The atmosphere was good and the service outstanding.
We went for some food with friends as we haven’t been in a while & what a disappointing night it was table was booked for 21:00 they stoped the food at 22:15 so nothing was being topped up what I wanted & then the food wasn’t the greatest the drinks wasn’t to good & the service provided was poor sadly don’t think we’ll be attending again!
Saphari was a good experience overall. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the general atmosphere was really nice. However, my girlfriend unfortunately got food poisoning after our visit. We suspect it was from the noodle bar, as the noodles weren't very hot when she ate them. It's a shame, as everything else was great, but this did put a damper on things.
Absolutely fabulous as always. Plenty of variety in starters, mains and desserts
As soon as we sat down they where asking for payment. There 'kids' price is based on how tall a child is so I had to pay adult price for my 12 year old. She is tall but still doesn't eat alot. I don't think I'll be going back there.
Noise levels started to go up when people coming to celebrate their birthdays started coming in. Other than that, we had a lovely time together as a family, and we loved the food.
Made a booking for 10 people, for my birthday. We were shown to our table then I realised we were one seat short. The staff were very nice in relocating us to another seating area for all of us to sit together. The staff were very friendly.
Son ordered pancake and wasn't cooked properly and women kept using her hands. I was waiting for a dosa and no one came to make 1 for me they went to call a chef but never turned up. My kids only cum for the pancakes n they was all gooey inside so not even a little uncooked
Customer service was good. Staff were friendly and polite. Food was also delicious. Suited everyone’s dietary requirements
From entering the restaurant, was greeted by a man in a suit, I explained we had a table he then asked the phone told us to follow him and just carried on talking on the phone, didn't even tell us where we was sitting and then pointed walked off on phone 2 mins later came back and said what you having we said 2 refills to then 1 minute later returning with the bill, and was just rude everything and how he acted.. Food was awful hardly any choice, minimal food, so wasn't worth the price, will be speaking to restaurant
Terrible, poor food selection stale as hell, we didn’t even eat there paid for drinks and left
My table was booked for 20 guests. Prior to this visit I needed to make a deposit, of which I tried to make 3x and EVERYTIME called they said they where too busy and couldn’t take my payment, had me pasted to 3/4 members of staff, and put the phone down. The people Answering the phone were very rude and we had language barriers, not so helpful when asking questions about a large booking and having rude and unhelpful staff! I finally by my 4/5th try was able to pay the balance for deposit Then on the day the QUE…. Oh my goodness! Was nearly to the front gate! It took me 20 mins waiting in the Que to be seated…. Thank goodness arrived before 6:50pm my booking was at 7:15 by the way. All that time was Queuing outside!!!! When they asked me to arrive early! Then once seated, they tried to tell me that we had 1hr 45 mins. Of which I politely explained that you can’t have a time limit on such a big group when we are waiting outside for 20 mins!!! The manager extended the time on the other end. The food was ok…. On the live cooking was mix reviews… chicken lambs and meats where cooked alright. My fish was cooked on the outside raw in the middle. Caribbean food was appalling!! Shouldn’t be called it AT all. As a predominately Caribbean group… let’s say maybe stay with food most comfortable cooking well! Indian/Chinese was nice. Mexican food ok! The speed in which people where trying to take your plates while your still eating!!!! On multiple occasions we had to tell staff we are still eating! Then given funny looks from staff like you only have a few bites left! Cutlery was not replenished very quick and having to keep asking for replacements as they KEPT TAKING THEM AWAY!!! Honestly it became increasingly frustrating throughout the stay. On plus the staff that did the cake for my husband where friendly and a lot of the staff where pleasant The venue was clean and kept well and the drinks were cheap. A few things do need improving for customer experience. It wasn’t awful but wasn’t great either for my husband’s 40th birthday family meal. A little disappointed
Very scanty, appeared very unorganised. Was advertised as taking money on entry which they did not do, the waiter waited to get our drinks order, then decided to put both food and drinks otogether, by this time we had even gone up to get dinner, do there was people trying to pay bill, get food or eat, which was not very nice. The waiter was adding up, detracting and all over the place, he was confusing us telling drinks had not been paid for which had, then overcharging by recharging again for drinks already paid for. The timing was not practical as had already waited for ages and if it had been full we would have been booted out because of the time. Choice of food was very minimum, dry as they were sitting to long, or swimming in oil. Was not impressed
Awful during the day time, no selection of food literally £40 for 2 people to only have a choice of pizza, chips, chicken nugget, onion rings some rice some noodles squid rings salt an pepper chicken wings/legs and Chinese chicken curry and lamb rogan josh. Not worth the money during day time and very disappointing too
We arrived late due to the motorway being closed so we didn’t have long before they closed in the afternoon however staff were accommodating and attentive. Lots of food to choose from. We would go again and hopefully have more time to relax and enjoy.
We were situated in a lovely window seat. I continued to say to my son. You can,t fault any of the food. . The chef,s here know how to cook.
A couple of people (Indian looking) serving were really not polite. The others (Chinese Looking), were alright. The Bartender was very polite. These two had attitude problem and were not very welcoming. The service was OK but did not get what we asked for. Have been coming here for years but this time the service was below standard.
Waiting to long to get in because of the queue although I had booked. Then waited 10 minutes before someone to come and take payment even though there was a lot of staff.
Terrible service, the man who took me and my children to our table was so rude, there was at least 5 tables by the window unattended and he wouldn’t let us sit there and just said go by the wall where he forced us to sit. My child is autistic and prefers to sit close to a window and the man at the door just said that’s not his problem. After an hour me and my children being sat shoved in the corner by a wall I witnessed a young man and woman being sat at a window table and it made me think why was that table not good enough for me and my children even though I asked for a special request of a window table when I booked a table 2 weeks earlier. I asked x3 to speak to a manager and a manger never came to speak to me. Another guest was very upset for treatment she was shown by staff and she shouted the staff was treating her and her partner like animals and I witnessed x4 waiters laughing at the customer who was clearly upset with how she was being treated. I feel my meal as a treat for valentine’s for my children was ruined and would not recommend anyone here.
It was ok. Prawns was cold, despite being under the lamp. Too much curry type food, no other variety. Grill side fab, enjoyed. Did understand price increase, wasn't mentioned during booking or a phone call. Increase only because Valentine Day? Don't think it's fare.
It was absolutely brilliant, got greeted at the door just after turning up, got seated straight away and brought our drinks to our table, kept our table nice and tidy throught by taking dirty plates a cutlery away as we went onto another plate. Gave us our bill at the beginning but didn't have to pay until the end, worth every single penny
Aashish gave us amazing service all the way threw he's a credit to you
friendly staff, food was nice and replenished quickly. brought birthday cake out when needed.
The food was lovely however when we wanted to go for a smoke there was no one around to check they wouldn’t take our classes
Brilliant restaurant. Super clean. Amazing food. Brilliant service. Definitely recommend
It was first time here and it was ok I asked them about the blue light discount but wasn't taken off bill. Meat wasn't tender and the burritos wasn't good at all. Puddings was nice
There wasnt really a large choice of food and also it want very warm
Service was ok and the food was ok not the best thought the chicken was really dry and none tasted that fresh and kids chips and pizza was cold .
Lovely food, could have done with slightly more food choices in the Chinese section, more main choices and chow mein noodles. Food lovely and hot though. Will visit again.
Was an ok experience to be fair, but pricy but the food was good
Great experience and service by the staff member looking after us. Apologies for not getting his name but he was a lad with a small ponytail. Polite and helpful.
Amazing food and atmosphere again. Definitely recommend any evening meal to be spent here. So much choice
Shame all of the food options were not available today considering it was half term for the kids. Will try at a busier time next time to see if everything else is as good. Would be good value for money if the whole selection of food is available
The food is great my family is happy. Super 🍀
