Amazing choices of food to keep all the family happy

Screaming children were sat by the large table/ quiet area I always book away from the main part of the restaurant due to one of our guests being noise sensitive / adhd . And because I’m registered blind so find it hard to hear when there is to much noise

Lovely meal for my birthday. Food was lovely. If I had to moan about anything. I’d say need a better system to gets drinks, as there was a long wait. But didn’t put us off and will defo be back.

Quieter on the Tuesday. Staff polite and looked after us . Food was good as always. We had a nice couple of hours.

I booked a table for 12 people for my sons birthday when we got there they had to put an extra table on the end for another 2 people right by the fire exit door it was freezing sat there… we had to wait ages before we could pay so we could eat we had to wait ages for glasses so we could get drinks it was our first time to this restaurant … don’t think we will be going back..!! Would rather of travelled to go to cosmos over Wolverhampton but thought we would try there being closer to home..!!!

We attended as a large group and the staff were efficient and polite. The food was varied and of an excellent quality. Food was well presented and hot. It was a Birthday celebration and there was no issue with taking your own cake and again the staff were excellent at supporting with this and even sang happy birthday to my daughter. The only thing that stopped an amazing review was we had a nut allergy and there was no allergy information with the dishes or provided. The chef did talk my wife through what she couldn't eat and which food items contained nuts but this didn't stop her having a reaction even though she avoided the dishes with nuts. I would suggest that the staff ask which nuts the person is allergic to do as my wife is also has an allergy to coconut which is not part of the usual nut allergy. That said this did not ruin our evening and would recommend Saphari to our friends and we will definitely be returning 😊

Very little choice considering price increase for Christmas period there was a lot less food than the last time I ate lunch there and it was cold or bland I'm guessing there's been a change in management and suppliers maybe as quality seemed to have dropped. It was very disappointing as we used to love popping here for a girls lunch. It was unusually quiet too which I guess is another reason for less choice of food. You also now pay before you eat or even see the food on offer

Beef steaks was absolutely awful, hand made pasta was to much burned, meals are getting worst I am not first time here but I noticed it's getting worst

Plenty of food at the buffet and all hot and tasty.

the only problem was waiting for glass for refill drinks and lagar to over 20mins after paying other than that for was hot and it was a lovely evening

The entire restaurant smelt like urine so I did not eat. My daughters birthday meal was a disaster. The staff were very invasive over the table and didn't speak English.

Some staff was rude, pushing past and nearly knocking plates out of hands and not waiting, when cleaning around food one knocked my husbands arm and not said sorry and getting plates with a miserable face and not saying anything. Not been there for sometime and I’m very shocked how it’s changed and won’t be going back. We didnt have a lot to eat due to all this when we spent a lot on a Saturday evening.

Great experience Natin was amazing with my boys so friendly.

The over all visit was good. The three waitresses made the visit extra special by signing happy birthday to my son twice...a big thank you to them. The only downside was whilst we were where eating a lady came asking for payment....this should have been done before we were seated or just as we come through the door.

Price was different from website and the service had forgotten bring salt and pepper for long waiting

We go regularly, it's a bit far away but absolutely worth it. Always enjoy it there. We would HIGHLY recommend Saphari 👌 👍 😀

Was greeted ta smile and was shown to our table, then we were left and weren't sure if what to do. We then got our food and when we began to eat we were greeted with a, you must pay now, which I thought was unprofessional and strange that I didn't read anything about pau before you dine on the website or when we entered. Food was okay, but unfortunately if you are a wheelchair users you will find it extremely hard to see what each dish is (as the names we hidden by the serving trays) and serve yourself independently.

Food was nice. But everytime I got up to take the children to get a plate or take them to the toilet the waiters kept taking my plate of food that I was still eating off the table (a fresh plate of food) twice. I dont like food waste so it would be good to check if people are fully finished with their meal before removing. Other than that the waiters and waitresses are very good at removing plates in a timely manner and are respectable. Also there needs to be more cutlery available as had to ask the waitress to fetch more spoons as I couldn't see any available. Its a nice restaurant, nicely decorated, good value for money. It's very noisy though and it was very busy for a Thursday evening. Maybe have some music in the background would be good.

From the minute you walk in it was amazing. Friendly staff, amazing food and a wonderful atmosphere.

The worst restaurant experience not worth the money at all

Some of the staff was rude, one shouted at the top of her lungs excuse me, aimed at my partner when she herself was letting someone else through. She then proceeded to brush past my partner. Who then was pushed into me by the passing staff member.

The fact that we had to wait until every guest arrived was annoying. Also your staff coming to the table every 5 minutes to pester people for payments was rude especially when we had already paid. I attended your restaurant last year and it was the same. Not good. Food was okay

Arrived at 21:30 and it literally look like just scraps were left behind. I was advised that we would only have an hour to eat even though the website said 23:00 anyhow we decided to go elsewhere. My question is why allow customers to book when there's only scraps left?
