We had great experience the food was amazing, staff very accommodating and checked on us throughout the evening. We had an extension to the time allocated for my mums birthday. Will definitely come back🤗🤗

Everything was exceptional. The staff are really friendly and dedicated to making your visit perfect. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and the selection of food is the best I have ever seen in an all you can eat venue.

Daniel was absolutely amazing funny and informative however this was spoilt At the end when a waiter practically threw our bill at us and rudely told us your bill we r closing very soon

Food and service was lovley but I hated the fact that I had to pay full price for my 8 year old son and his 8year old friend , the manager explained that be use he is a bit tall when measured up against a wall , I was reslly upset I have been going that same Restarant for years even tho the name changes and I have always paid half price for my kids

Everything was lovely just 1 mark of because could maybe put on some more pudding not much to pick from and ice cream 🍦 wasn’t working.

Thank you Saphari for a great evening for my birthday! My family all enjoyed theirs meals and the whole experience.

The food was nice but there was not much salad choice. There children policy is ridiculous, a line on the wall which all of our 6,7 and 8 year olds was over so was expected to pay full price. After arguing the manager eventually agreed they could pay child’s on this occasion. They barely eat anything so wont go back because will not pay full price for them all.

Booked online at Flavourz, got there to find it had changed name and raised the prices. Management refused to honour the price on the web. Only good thing was Daniel who was excellent. Won't be returning.

New refurb looks great. Lots of choice of foods, though it’s more quantity than quality for me. Children are charged either as a child or adult according to their height, which is worth knowing

Lovely evening . Good food . Friendly staff , nothing was too much trouble . Asked for a finger bowl after eating sticky ribs and they very kindly obliged , even though it’s not usual practice . Special thanks to Monty for that . Thanks also to Dan who took the time and trouble to chat with us and asked for constructive criticism which we gave . We are looking forward to eating there again soon . Oh and the two for one cocktails went down a treat too 😁

Fantastic food with burritos added now.also impressed with the refill drinks..nice 2 see more flavours than jus the usual pepsi,7up, etc. Loved all the fish choices and im glad my coconut and orange cake is still there!

Waited 30 minutes to get a drink. Bit pricey for those with a small appetite. Ariety of food was excellent and well cooked.

Friendly staff, we were seated promptly, there was a great relaxed atmosphere with a lovely selection of foods.

Food not as good as before no pasta and sauce for kids at lunch time. The decor is lovely but the food wasn't as nice some tasted overly greasy don't think will be returning which is a shame as was looking forward to it re opening

First time going since its open, foods the same with a few extras, all tasted fantastic, will definitely go again

My second visit since the relaunch and today was MUCH better, some old classics have returned and the addition of a help yourself unlimited sort drinks with lots of variations is great. Definitely book, it’s always full.

Lovely family atmosphere. Very welcoming and helpful alerting us to any allergies information we requested. Food was very tasty and filling and the price wasn't too expensive. Would definetely recommend and will be returning again definetely
