The food wad verry tasty and we enjoy it .

Me and my friends we loved the food and drinks.

Yeah, it was nice and fun even though different to what it used to be before covid. Definitely recommend it.

First things first, missed this place loads during lockdown! 1. You must prebook 2. Very clear rules/guidelines available online and inside 3. Some of the classics are missing due to COVID-19 and social distancing etc (duck, soup, cold meats/cheese, chocolate fountain being the main ones) 4. The arrangements set up means the process is still pretty speedy, anti bac your hands, wait on the line, be given a plate, go to where you want food, point it out to a member of staff, staff will dish up, eat and start again. 5. It’s always been clean here, more so now! Generally the overall experience was good however it isn’t quite the same now all the COVID stuff is in place, we went when the 50% off “eat out to help out” scheme was on so great value but I would have been disappointed paying full price and the full range not available.

Not to bad, needed another person to help with issuing the plates as the person doing it also had other jobs to do I.e serving food. Also some dishes needed topping up of which was not happening, not while I was there

It just wasn’t for us. We will visit again In the future as it could of been just the current situation.

Social distancing not possible with so many people getting food at same time, waiting at counters etc. Not enough staff to move people enough quickly.

Foods are delicious and desserts are great. Staff are very helpful.

The food is great and the staff were helpful but once you are in no-one is following social distancing. At one point whilst we were there, there was around 20 people congregating around the noodle bar. Nothing was done to stop this either. Whilst trying the social distance people were pushing past. Think we will return when you don’t have to social distance.

Everyone took great care to ensure social distancing was maintained so we felt very safe there. Service was a little slower than normal but that's to be expected. We would definitely recommend a visit. Thank you to the management and team for looking after us :o)

We have been here a few times now. They are very well organised with COVID 19 rules in place. We went for lunch instead of dinner and it was just as good as dinner with plenty to choose from as usual. We have booked the following two weeks and looking forward to it 5*

Staff gave dissaproving looks when larger portions of food were requested and staff cooking were not paying enough attention to customers requests at the counter.

Been a regular customer for a while, first visit since reopening with new rules following Covid 19. Food was nice, hot and fresh however there was a hair in the mayonnaise I was served which the server just scooped out with a spoon and sent me on my way.. As you now have to wait for someone to serve everything, sometimes there could be a bit of a wait for food. Table service for drinks etc was good and topped up regularly.

Food was amazing , was greeted straight away and shown to our tables , were served drinks straight away when needed refilling ... defo going back

As a party of 7 people for my Dad’s 60th we had never been to Saphari since its opening. The restaurant was very strict about the 2 hour rule, after this time you get your bill slapped on the table whilst you are still talking and eating pudding. My father had surprise cake to which we had to ask 3 times for during the duration of our 2 hours but after being told about having an extra 10 mins whilst the card machine was voluntarily bought over and still no cake had arrived and yet looking around the room there were plenty of large tables not yet filled I feel that it wouldn't be suitable for larger celebration parties as 2 hours seems a long time but it isn't when there is a big group of you being social. I feel that staff have literally got the clock started as soon as you walk in. Only 1 member of staff asked if we would like any drinks, other than which there was no real customer service or waiting staff (only ones to clear your plate) and it was very much help yourself. The food was much better than the previously owned Flavourz, much more variety and cooked to a better standard. Unfortunately it just felt more like a fast food place than a sit down restaurant so i wouldn’t return for any special occasions. Perhaps offering a longer booking for a small fee for any celebrations would give a better experience.

booking was easy via their website. The large restaurant was about two thirds full for our Tuesday 7pm booking. Self serve buffet, fabulous choice of raw food on the bbq area and cooked food, small turines, replaced regularly. very clean.Lovely sakads and cheese board, great variety of fruit and desserts (although i did not make it that far. free refills of soft drinks. Dirty plates cleared quickly from your table. Mixture of old and young people in the restaurant. Only the water and tea was serv ed at the table. wheelkchair friendly, large car park.

Came for my moms 60th birthday, food was great and service was perfect. Had a lovely time. The layout and decor is beautiful.

Very little choice of vegetable dishes for my vegetarian wife so her plate was mainly chips and rice with one veggie curry. Food was all well cooked and tasty enough. When asking the waitress where to get the bill she appeared confused and said “I don’t know” which was odd. Think this would be better on an evening as it just felt a bit empty on the lunch time.

Very noisey, hard to hear yourself think. Food was OK it just wasn't very hot. I'd go again but it's nothing special.

Tables too close together, feels like tour sitting in top of each other, had to wait ages to get a drink, food not great, will not be rushing back

Went for a birthday lunch. The food was superb and the restaurant is in a really good location. The staff were attentive and it's real good value for money. Definitely going back again 😀.
