Saphari restaurant

Had a pleasant time and enjoyed the food that we had but bit disappointing that alot of the food containers were running really low on food and weren't refilled, eg only a handful of chips left and this was the same for numerous containers. Visited at lunchtime 1.30pm and found out they close at 3 whilst there so presume they didn't want to put out more food and it be wasted but this unfair on customers. Previously only visited on an evening and found food choices to be much better

So glad to see them open again. Lots of choice for vegetarian and meat eaters. Very clean and kept clean too. I would like a few vegan/vegetarian puddings perhaps, then it would be perfect!!

Really enjoyed the food and drinks. Food was hot and good quality. Felt it was missing maybe egg noodles on the mains. Only real negative was how crowded it felt. Tables right next to each other. Felt a bit uncomfortable after how long we've had covid restrictions. However, we still really enjoyed our experience and would come back.

We had an amazing meal after such a long time waiting . My daughter absolutely loves saphari and it’s her number 1 favourites . Everything was great blindly thing for us was the charge for a 10 year old shouldn’t be full price as they don’t eat half an adult so could charge less other than that amazing

Food was good. Good variety and fresh. They had a lot of new staff not in uniform so you are not sure who to ask for help. Tables were a bit crammed in also. A good visit however and will return

My family and i had an amazing time, excellent food,quick service, neat and conducive environment above all lovely different delicacies which were yummy. Great food for the money.

Been here loads of times when it was Flavourz, but this beats it by a long shot, food was lovely staff very friendly, food was hot, although a trip switch had gone anf somebof the currys was only warm when was a made aware of this they sorted it very quickly with apologies to all, will deffo be back

Came here with my friend and my daughter and was so welcoming and comfortable everyone enjoyed and the food was 10/10 I think I ate too much though my belly was poppinnn

Beautiful clean venue, staff are all very welcoming and attentive they all work so hard catering for everyone and making sure we are all happy, We all had a amazing time and will 100% recommend dining here the cocktails and food were amazing, cant wait to go again Thank you to everyone for such a enjoyable evening.

Was a little strange at first getting used to the new system but actually enjoyed it! You are seated with a menu and some order forms... you write your choices on the order forms and somebody collects it and your food for you... can still order as many times as you like but only a maximum of 4 items at a time + salad and sauce. I must admit there wasnt as much choice on the menu as there was before this system but still something for everyone. Would go again under the current system so couldn't of been bad!

My son fell over in the way back from the toilet and the response from the members of staff was very good making sure he didn't need anything as it's not wash with all this going on, one member tried to catch him with one hand as he had plates in the other very pleased with my experience thank you

We went just after they reopened due to lockdown and thought the service was great. Plenty of food choices available and service was super quick. Great experience

Due to COVID guidelines the restaurant has had to switch to table service only, the concept is fine but firstly the menu seems to have drastically decreased. Secondly the execution of the table service is slow. I think being lunchtime maybe there were less staff on but it was just a bit naff. The food good as always but a lot of the normal favourites were missing and you couldn’t choose your portions etc. It’s definitely not the restaurant’s fault but might be worth using a website or app or something to improve the table service.

The staff would take away your cutlery and plates an not replace them then your food be cold by time u asked for more as they are running around. We had different waiters at our table we never knew who to ask for cutlery or napkins or the bill it was just anyone that was free

was ok. had reservation for 9:30pm to be told that they were closing at 10:30pm which is absolutely fine but food was running out and not being replaced, also took a long time at some stations to get served, which again I understand in the current circumstances but, this was also making it hard to fit in our meal within the hour timeframe.

Service was awful , I arrived for my 1hr30 minute slot , 10 mins before my allocated time and was told the buffet closed in 30 mins, the place was packed and there was no social distancing the food was awful, will not be returning.

Best meal we've ever had here. Should keep the restaurant like this even when things are back to normal. Didn't wait any longer than 2 minutes to be helped by the staff. Drinks were delivered straight away. Food was cooked perfect

Food was amazing but there were a lot of diners who were not following the clearly marked directions and the poor staff were overwhelmed with the custom that there was a lot of standing about with an empty plate waiting for someone to be able to serve you. I understand with COVID-19 things have had to be changed but the organisation of the customers meant everybody was less than 1 meter apart for a large amount of the visit. It felt uncomfortable to move from the table to get more food so experience wasn’t as enjoyable as it could have been.

It was quite well planned. Social distancing by other people at the food stations wasn’t the best. I don’t like queueing so went to areas where there was little or no queue. Ordered a pina colada, it didn’t taste right, sent it back and it was great.

First booked last week and got cancelled, so booked again this week, Charged me adult price for my 3 kids age 8,9,11 just because they are tall 😳 felt discriminated really just beacuse they tall they think they gona eat like adults crazy... also no social distances in order when up the counters

Unusual times, but the restaurant had it all sorted out for customers to be safe. Great food as always
