Great night out, food was lovely and hot, wish they would do something different for a change though seems like they have been doing the same foods for years including the deserts! Also needs to fix the ice cream machine and chocolate fountain and clean the toilets!!

Took so long for waiters, to give you glasses for drinks. Most of the staff don't speak English and when asked a question are quite rude. Disappointed in chewy tough meat and choices from the diffeeebde to lunch time to dinner for price increase is shocking. We won't be returning

Really sorry the food was very disappointed the lack of Indian curries as I like spice, very impressed with the staff and decor food piping hot but unfortunately the food left me quite disappointed no disrespect to the wonderful cooks and staff just expected a variety for the money,

Amazing staff and food. All round brilliant time had by all.

Couldn’t fault the food, a manager told us we had 2 hours and then had to vacate the table which was not a problem but as it came close too the 2 hours he began to watch us and look at his watch and made us feel rushed and uncomfortable and is we had overstayed our welcome other than that couldn’t not fault the place.

Never been here before but our experience was absolutely brilliant. Food was delicious, customer service was spot on. Can’t wait to return

Good quality food again, only negative would be that some of the favourites are not available at lunchtime.

We went for our Sons birthday and we had a brilliant time. The food was fab and the atmosphere was great with lots of other people celebrating birthdays. It was lovely. We went years ago when it was Flavors but last night was a lot better. Thanks you for making ours Sons birthday meal brilliant.

It was nice but very crowded. Food was lovely ,good selection and service was good.

Clearly ran by the same people as flavourz was. Some of the staff I could bearly understand. English wasn’t that great. But staff were friendly. Decor is beautiful. Food was nice. Drinks were nice too. Would go back defiantly

Went New Year’s Eve with family who are vegetarian. The range of vegetarian food was not as good as prior to rebranding. Like there is a drinks station to refill your own soft drinks. Still enjoyed the evening.

This place was recommended to us and turned out to be as described and much more. Thank you for your hospitality. I do think that there should be more vegetarian options and that this is clear right down to desserts.

The food option was limited. Not much choices of food. Staff was very busy hence did not have sufficient time to spend with u taking your drinks order I find the whole process rushed. I find there was more option of finger food complaining to mains.

My husband and I used to visit often but this time we were a bit disappointed. Not only with the variety but with the taste of the food ;also the food was warm and not hot. I don’t think he’ll want to visit again.

Another great visit. Even a little section for “Christmas Dinner”. Changing the chocolate fountain for a container rather than a fountain is a good change I think. Good stuff.
