Food was lovely, a lot of choice for a lunchtime. Served hot and look as nice as it tasted.

Food was okay but customer service was poor, tables were all cramped together so we were constantly knocking chairs with people behind us. Waiters only collected our plates twice when we asked didn’t do it off their own accord so didn’t have much space on our table. Not much desert option either I don’t think we would return, if we didn’t have to pay first I think we definitely would have complained but it seemed too much hassle to at the end as it was very unorganised with people everywhere it was easier to just leave. Baby changing room was also not great as the station is half broken so had to change baby on my lap

We thought that our 1st visit was good But the New Year’s Eve lunch exceeded that . It was Amazing. However at the Premium rate. It was Delicious though, can’t argue that. Thankyou All

Alot of the starter food was barely warm but the mains were fine.

Well for a new years day I expected alot more. Most of the sauces were not available. We booked for 7:30pm but was sat waiting at the table to pay as you have to pay on arrival for around 30 minutes. In that time we were also waiting for drinks. Finally it got sorted by 8pm, finally sat and had a plate of food to be then told get what you want now as it closes at 9pm and they will start taking the food away. Didn't get hardly any food in the end. Not happy at all. I would definitely recommend trying cosmo you would never be waiting that long to pay amd for your drinks the not end up with the sitting time your supposed to receive. I told one of the staff but nothing was offered back so it will be our last time going there.

We visited the restaurant the evening of 19th December to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and successful phD. The staff were amazing and the food was incredible. Visited here a few years ago and had to really talk myself into booking with bad past experience. Anyone with any doubts please do not hesitate you will not be disappointed. Looking forward to returning soon!

Saw bad reviews, but was totally satisfied with the entire experience, food was great and the staff very pleasant, definitely recommend

From the moment we walked in we felt we were not welcome, we arrived 5 minutes before our booking to allow time for running behind as it was Xmas day so they were bound to be behind slightly, the front of staff member was very blunt and not at all pleasant I understand that they were very busy however a smile and a welcome would not have hurt, however his manners did, Then we were waiting around for half an hour staff were walking past us but not attending to us so I pulled one aside as they past my table and asked what do we do about payment as the front of house abruptly stated it is payment upfront which is fine after that was sorted we went onto get our starters the food was ok I’ve had far worse but paid far less for it too, fast forward to nearing the end of our visit a staff member was clearing our plates and after watching me go into the food area we returned to find she had disposed of our drinks and then stated that she thought we had gone, I’m sorry but she works there and she knows there is not an exit that way, then as I visited the disgusting toilets ( which is something I’d expect to find in a run down watering hole not a place that is presented like Saphari) I was informed we had 10 minutes to finish our drinks and leave the table :o? Really? I’m lost for words had I known this type of attitude was happening in this place I would never of booked anyway lesson learned and if I get asked for a recommendation for this place I shall simply say “ go to your local takeaway the welcome is warmer and they appreciate your custom unlike this place who just take your money and then try to rush you out of the door

I took my mom (she's 83 and uses a waking aid) out for our 1st Xmas lunch away from home, to be honest we was a bit disappointed, the overall experience was good atmosphere great, service from staff brilliant, food not so good starters great variety, main menu good selection vegetables No CREAMED POTATOES poor quality the sprouts were frozen and not good could not eat them carrots some were cooked and raw still. The dessert selection yum yum BT didn't have enough time to get to eat and enjoy out dessert as it took mom a long time to walk to get our food each course. They did give us an extra 10 minutes but kept walking round us this made us feel rushed. We will go again but not for any special occasion.

Lovely food , massive variety everything was warm and fresh . Didn’t wait long to be seated . Plenty of drinks choices. Nice and clean

Food was nice, waited a long time to take payment, some staff were blunt and rude. Only one person on the bar trying to serve lots of people.

We visited at lunchtime, 5 adults and 5 children. Not enough choice of food, some hot dishes were cold Not many sweet options.

First time here since it changed over from Flavours. The food was absolutely beautiful, full of flavour. Very friendly happy staff. Will definitely be returning. :)

Always a great restaurant to visit. Great for family gatherings, so much choice of dishes, the lamb in the dishes is so tender its mouth watering

Felt they were not very accomodating. Were also trying to take plates off the table still full of food and not finished with.

They squeezed 7 of us on a table for 6 so we had very little room to eat comfortably. Service was slow bringing drinks and got the order wrong. Guy cooking the meat had no idea what he was doing, beef and lamb both cremated and inedible. A lot of the other food was too salty. Over allbkot a great experience.

Absolutely brilliant the food was so lovely we all loved the different choices of food the atmosphere was lovely. The staff were very polite.

Yeah it was really good atmosphere and the staff are always very welcoming and good at keeping everything clean and tidy. The food is amazing as always such a good variety! This was out 2nd Christmas and we will be back next year too 🎄 oh..... the only thing that they could have done again (like last year) was to put crackers on the table 👌🏻 it's the little touches that make a difference, especially at Christmas time 🎄

Got a table for 4 even though there’s 5 of us, staff rude & food sb standard was much better last year won’t be back

Food was fire. Took a bit too long for bill to arrive. Maybe cause it’s Christmas so its a bit busier

overall it was lovely, however the noodles at the teriyaki bar were extremely spicy, i think both the chef and I misunderstood the level of spicy, sadly

Disappointed teacher discount wasn't applied although gesture of wine was kind. Had to ask several members of staff about it who passed us one to another and noone had a real clue then you decided that payment should be taken whilst we were actually eating. Hot vegetarian meals were limited tonight and members of staff didn't know what halal is. For someone who loves a night out at this restaurant I am left incredibly disappointed especially as it became quite rowdy and intimidating at times

More veggie options please, the Chinese offering could be a bit more diverse

We came in for 9.15 and made the payment. Unfortunately when we got the buffet, there was no food only few left overs. I spoke to one of the ladies who said they will be topping up from the kitchen There was no top. They knew we are the last set of customers they should have advised us but no. They were after taking money. It was my sons 16th birthday but it was a complete waste of money. We spoke to the manager but not helpful at all. We have a lot of family friends that comes regularly to the restaurant and we did share our experience with them. For me we are definitely not coming back. We could have done better at Nandos honestly.

Amazing choices of food to keep all the family happy

Screaming children were sat by the large table/ quiet area I always book away from the main part of the restaurant due to one of our guests being noise sensitive / adhd . And because I’m registered blind so find it hard to hear when there is to much noise

Lovely meal for my birthday. Food was lovely. If I had to moan about anything. I’d say need a better system to gets drinks, as there was a long wait. But didn’t put us off and will defo be back.
