Ruth's Chris Steak House - Kowloon

Throughout our experience at the establishment, we found that the food and service consistently met our expectations. The quality of the food was always up to par, and we were pleased to find that the dishes we ordered were consistently well-prepared and flavorful. Moreover, the service we received was consistently attentive and courteous. The staff members were always friendly and accommodating, and they went out of their way to ensure that we had an enjoyable dining experience. We were especially impressed by the consistency of the service standards, which remained high throughout our visits to the establishment. Overall, we were pleased to find that the establishment maintained such consistent food and service standards, which contributed to our overall satisfaction with our dining experiences there.

They control the temperature of the food well and the service is good

The soup was cold and the food is too oily. Overall speaking, disappointed compared to previous visits on both TST and Admiralty shops. The responses and services was always slow & delayed. Not sure if it’s due to too many customers visiting in Xmas eve.

I can only recommend Ruth's Chris because the steaks are very good and compared to other restaurants the prices are rather moderate.

the location was in a Mall, 2nd floor. The wine was quite over priced, but it is Hong Kong. The food was exceptional, But their menu was missing a few items i really wanted. Shoestring potatoes Service was excellent, presentation was excellent, Steaks were delicious, as Ruth would want them. Unfortunately, there was a loud Sales guy a few tables away that talked for over 2 hours, QUITE LOUD, and everyone could hear this guy,,, but the dinner was Great.

I have dined at six Ruth’s Chris establishments multiple times each including Wilmington NC, Chicago IL, San Diego CA, Town Center Virigna Beach VA, Washington DC and now in Hong Kong. We were looking forward to this meal on our trip to celebrate a family Valentines Day. While the food was prepared nicely and served in a timely manner the service was the absolute worst I have ever experienced at a Ruth’s Chris. The chain has been a foundation of our family’s celebrations and special occasions for years due to quality of service and meal. Unfortunately this leaves a sour taste and is a huge disappointment. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone familiar with Ruth’s Chris or anyone expecting top notch service and presentation along with a special meal. It is disappointing to travel the globe looking forwad to a special evening and meal to have your family presented with this to say the least.

Good services, beautiful steak and starters, and the Whisky sour was also done perfectly. We also wanted to try their lobsters too, but perhaps due to holiday seasons and high demand, we missed it. We had rib eye and lamb chop instead, and both were nicely prepared, hot on the table. Side dishes were of good size, and the french fries were also perfect. Atmosphere is lovely too

Ruth’s Cris is always an excellent experience with excellent food. The seating and dining environment are quiet and peaceful. Along with top quality service it’s a meal to remember.

The Tomahawk ribeye was cooked beautifully, really medium rare, super tender and tasted really good. The environment is very comfortable and the service is good.

Easy to book with this app and wonderful experience, wonderful steaks. their portions are large especially the deserts. Great for sharing among everyone, surely will visit again

Environment, food and services are excellent. Ordered New York Strip and ribeye and banana cream pie as dessert. The steak house definitely worth its reputation.

Very succulent steaks. Crab cakes were also top notch. Located in a nice quiet environment. Service was attentive and experienced without being over-helpful. Well done !

Perfect seating arrangement with hospital waiters, despite we are sitting at the corner. The signature Porterhouse for 2 is actually good to be shared among 3 as well.

The waiters are friendly, the restaurant is spacious, and the food is delicious. We had a wonderful anniversary dinner there with free anniversary plate. Thank you =]

Nice place, very nice steak, good service. Well cooked apart from poor oil or whatever else dressing was it. Suggestion: use real Italian virgin olive oil. As you server S.Pellegrino it should not be difficult.
