Royal Thai - Northampton

It was a little bit cold inside the restaurant plus I had to send back my starter - Spring Rolls because they still had ice in the centre!

Good tasty food , service was great as well. Disappointed with plates delivered cold so once served the meal became cold. The dining room was not warm and had to ask for the heating to be turned up.

everything was wonderful, service welcome greetings and our farewell. Honest advice given on how much rice we would require was not over calculated but absolutely correct. Food delicious and fresh. My friends enjoyed the red wine. It was a bit cold, hence my less than perfect score but also quite empty of customers, so I suspect on a busier evening bodily heat would make it more comfortable. Take a jersey to wear for a more comfortable experience. I realise it's a large room and heating is not cheap. not my first visit, nor will it be my last. thank you

We had a lovely meal celebrating our wedding anniversary. We went early and it was quiet and the service and food were excellent.

Great food but more Chinese than Thai (lived in Thailand for 6 months) not a traditional restaurant as nothing really made it appear Thai. Service was good but black trousers and t-shirts ladies I expected more 😕

Food is absolutely amazing here and our waiter was so lovely. He advised us on foods we were unsure about and had a joke and a laugh with us without being intrusive on our company. Very good at his job. Can't wait to go back again.

Our first time at Royal Thai. Birthday lunch, 5 of us, family. Lovely setting, service excellent, food was delicious and well presented. Quiet in restaurant with unintrusive background music, but it was not exceptionally busy so not much ‘people’ noise. Prices not extortionate, at level expected for this quality of surrounding and food. Would definitely go again.

This was our first visit. We had gone on the wonderful reviews and wasn't disappointed! The service wss outstanding. We asked to have the traditional Thai food and our waiter spent time with us and helped maked wonderful choices. Great date night out! X
