Booked a table for 4 people as a celebration for my fathers birthday. My mum is not a Chinese food lover so the fact the menu was varied and had other options really suited in this case. Service was fantastic with plenty of check ins for drinks when a member of our party had finished. As we were the first sitting of the evening, the restaraunt was very quiet but got busy as we left. The restaurant did not have any music playing which at first felt a little awkward as we were the only table and felt like we had to be extra quiet as well. But soon other bookings arrived and the noise level rose to comfortable. The decor was very authentic feeling and a nice layout.

Restaurant was extremely busy, but the service was excellent and there was no pressure to leave to free up the table. The food as always was delicious

Food was fine but waited 45min before starters arrived. A few big tables were in at the same time and staff were very busy. Service was not as good as previous visits but will go back but at a different time.

We enjoyed a lovely meal with the family! Both the food and service were amazing, looking forward to our next visit.

Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful, but the food when it came was actually quite cool, noodles were bordering on cold. We should have said, but didn't want to cause any fuss. Food was tasty, nicely cooked, but felt it had possibly been left out while we finished our starters. All our meals, though different, were all on cool side.

Four long time friends who meet up every 4 weeks. So it is important to us that we enjoy out time together. The Richmond was recommended to me by a work colleague and we will certainly be recommending it to others. We had a great time. Thanks to all the staff at the Rivhmond.
