Excellent again. Not been here for a few years but quality and standards are as good as before. Won't leave it as long before returning next time. Very good Chinese restaurant.

Lovely meal on this visit but found the salt and chilli chicken VERY crunchy on this occasion. Booking again though......love the place 😀 We love the atmosphere and service.

Fantastic! It's been a while since we were last here but they definitely didn't disappoint. Food was deliciously cooked & just the right portion sizes too.

Friendly staff and nice place ... Food was just ok .. Seemed quite expensive . been to better places that were more reasonably priced. Wouldn't rush back

Lovely surroundings and staff all very attentive to your needs. Food is delicious and great value for money. Weren't kept waiting and everything was piping hot. Would definitely recommend for a nice meal or for a special occasion.

As always excellent service and great food. The staff are always friendly and courteous,they don't try to throw you out when you finish your meal, you can sit in the lounge and have a coffee or drink to finish your night off

The service the staff were both brilliant as usual at the Richmond. We always have at least one meal at the Richmond whenever we visit East Kilbride.

Excellent service and food. Catered easily for my gluten free requirements. Speedy service which was excellent as was lunch break from work. Lovely atmosphere. Highly recommended. Lovely waitress called Viv.

Lovely meal, staff very friendly and attentive during our meal. Nice, easy atmosphere . Restuarant was very clean and tidy, with cloth napkins, not paper ones, and the plates were warm when they were served.

Food was lovely only reason for poor review was the language barrier on this visit the girl serving couldn't understand what I was ordering when it came to ordering drinks and food! Food was lovley as always when I go but really disappointed with the service which was very frustrating

Nice decor staff very attentative. Food wasnt as good as last time but was still nice. Highly reccommend this restaurant Was busy but staff still very much enthusiastic on serving everyone and making sure we were happy

Very busy restaurant, definitely advisable to book in advance. Good service, although a little slower than normal due to high demand for take away meals. Food excellent as usual.

Food was fantastic and great value for money. Drinks i.e. soft drinks a bit expensive but would certainly return again and recommend to anyone thinking of booking.

Great service and great food as always. Had the pre-theatre and there was plenty of it. Looking forward to my next visit which will hopefully be soon.

Nice armosphere very clean and staff lovely but not enough staff on as busy and girls run off their feet which we had wait ling time to pay bill

Had a fantastic meal lovely shared starter and all our mains were great. Lovely service and nice atmosphere. Had to wait on our table but there is a nice lounge area so we enjoyed a pre dinner drink. Will definitely be back .

Always an excellent experience good food good service and comfortable atmosphere. Would recommend if wishing to have chinese dinner. Pre theatre menu is good value but a la carte not overly expensive.

This restaurant was excellent. Food and service first class. All the staff very attentive and welcoming. The lunch menu is excellent value with lots of choices.

The restaurant was extremely busy and while the order was take promptly it was nearly an hour before we got our main course. When we asked about the delay there was a fairly abrupt answer without any level of apology. When we mentioned the length of time we were having to wait a second time we got a more conciliatory response. While the food was very good, the service was really disappointing especially as the staff seemed reluctant to acknowledge there was a problem in the first place!

As usual superb service in the Richmond restaurant. If looking for something a little bit more up market for Cantonese food served in style this is well worth a visit.

First time back at the Richmond for quite a while. Excellent food, excellent service and excellent surroundings. A birthday lunch that went without a hitch. 100% recommended.

Hadn't visited the Richmond in over a year. So were keen to see if it is still the best Chinese restaurant in Strathclyde. Booking online was extremely easy. Saturday early evening was busy and after eight o'clock there was not a seat to be had. Speaks for itself really!! Being busy does not affect the outstanding service and quality of food. Could be considered pricey but worth every penny. Fabulous will not leave it as long to return.

Pleasant and courteous staff and excellent food served quickly and efficiently. A very enjoyable experience and one which we will certainly repeat in the not too distant future.

Food and service was excellent. It is one of my favourite restaurants. The only down side was we had to wait on our table as it was extremely busy.

Great meal lovely staff reasonably priced can't fault it at all. Room was lovely and warm on a really cold day Easy parking area outside.

This was the first visit to the restaurant we were booked in for 7:45. Got there at 7:40 and didn't get seated until 8:00 so was a little disappointing. The rest of the experience was lovely though.

meal was excellent , but my sister is not happy , she bought a new dress for tonight and it was caught on something in ladies toilet wasted her new dress do not know if I will be back , the resteraunt new there was a problem within the ladies toilet as it had been sorted before by taping over the problem instead of fixing it completely , now my sister is out of "170 for a new dress that she can't wear again , not even an apology from management ? No way to run a business is it , now I wonder if I will get any explanation back from management , WELL MANAGEMENT ?

Lovely modern restaurant, food very good, lychee liqueur cocktail great. Definitely planning to go back. Great choice on menu not cheap but not too expensive. Staff also very nice

A great dinner with service to match. An extensive menu to cater for all tastes which makes you want to back and try more. A great place to catch up with friends and not have to shout to be heard. By far the best Chinese Restaurant in East Kilbride.

Ample parking outside restaurant, nice welcome and shown to our table, order taken immediately for drinks and then our food order, good choice on menu, food served promptly and everything was very nice, would recommend this restaurant
