Service was shocking, trying to cope with too many people.

Sat for two hours and all we had was a starter. We were there from 1730. At 1900 we were assured our main was just coming. At 1930 with still no sign of our main course, we left. Had to fight through a large queue of people all waiting to get to their tables. Obviously not enough staff to cope with a full restaurant...Wasted our night.

food was fab, service good,friendly staff only niggle was they charged £1.75 for prawn crackers without telling you, i have been going here for over 20 years at lunch time and they have always been complimentary, they should put them on menu with the price.. will still go back.

Food and service was great. My only complaint was that the restaurant was a little cold. 4 degrees outside and we were in a table by a window. The radiator behind us went off during the meal and by the time we left we were all feeling the cold. Should perhaps think about closing the window blinds and / or curtains to insulate. This won’t put us off - we’ll be back.
