Our original booking was 14th but we changed it to the 19th due to power cuts in the area. But we had a beautiful meal. Oysters and Fish Pakora from the Specials Board were fantastic, then fish and chips, seafood platter and chicken/haggis in a pepper sauce were all fabulous. The staff were all lovely too. It’s a busy place with a great atmosphere

service excellent, Was supposed to be hassle back potatoes but wasn’t. Pavlova was disappointing. Overall experience was good

The seafood platter was fabulous as was my burger. Great choice of desserts too and was very hard to choose as they all sounded delicious. I had the lemon posset on a previous visit so opted for ice cream but my sister had the creme brulee and said it was fantastic. Such friendly staff. Definitely service with a smile. We be booking again soon.

Excellent service and delicious Sunday carvery lunch. …just one thing we didn’t like was allowing dogs in the restaurant, I’m sure we’re not alone in not being happy that dogs are sat with their owners begging for titbits and licking themselves etc whilst they’re eating. There should be a separate area for those with dogs or no dogs allowed would be preferred. This trend is not appreciated by everyone who wishes to eat out in a nice restaurant. ..other than that the meal was perfect, delicious. Staff friendly and welcoming.

Had an excellent Sunday lunch here. Had the wild boar terrine and gravalax to start and both were fresh and tasty, with good size portions. We then had the roast dinners, beef and pork. You help yourself at the carvery, so you can have a mix.

Arrived and was taken to our seat, browsed through our menus the the specials board was brought across, great service attentive staff, salad with all the starters was fresh and tasty, portion size was pleasantly larger than expected. Mains arrived and yum yum the home cooked chips were amazing, felt bad that we couldn’t finish everything and no room for pud will be back Thankyou

Delicious food in a beautiful setting. A short, stunning walk from Aberfeldy. My favourite place to eat in the area.

We had a lovely cosy evening here with the log fire drying off our coats after two full days of getting soaked in the relentless rain. We both ordered the mains mussels and skinny fries. I had a delicious glass of merlot - a beautiful and filling meal. We walked back to Aberfeldy centre along Wade's Bridge in the dark. Fortunately I had a torch which was very useful, because there was peripheral flooding and you couldn't see a thing! A great night and lovely meal. I'd certainly go back. The host was so friendly and offered to run us to our B and B but we wanted to walk off the meal.

Yet another great meal cooked to perfection. Menu more slim lined but quality of food more than makes up for this. Service very good. favourite place to visit when in the area. Definitely would recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our anniversary dinner at Ailean Chraggan! The atmosphere and views are fabulous. Our meals were excellent (all four of us ordered one of the two seafood specials offered--one was bream). We ate indoors but the outdoor patio looked lovely. Very good service and reasonable prices for a very nice venue.

We have eaten here many times over the years and always had excellent meals with friendly service.
