We have eaten here every month for the last 26 years! Says it all really. Excellent grub.

Food excellent and staff very nice, well orth a visit

Hadn't been in a while but the service and experience was excellent. Fantastic food served at a nice pace by professional and courteous staff. It was great to be with friends in a lovely environment catching up and enjoying great food and drinks at a very reasonable price. One of the best Chinese Restaurants in Edinburgh, just go you won't be disappointed.

We visit once a month as a group of 7/9. The restaurant is normally excellent in every respect. However, on our last visit the service wasn't up to the usual standard. The waiting staff had changed but not yet for the better. The food was very good and first class value for money. Next months visit already booked.

We were allowed to arrive earlier than booked.Staff pleasant Food was not that good.Soup and seaweed nice.Pudding ok.

We had to ask for the wine also we both ordered soup my partner got his but I did to ask for mine the main course I had to wait on time

Excellent meal in an excellent atmosphere. Staff were attentive but not intrusive. Helpful with the menu. Food very good value for money and good quality and taste. Easy to reserve a table which is advisable as this restaurant can be very busy.

We took our daughter here for the first time and she thoroughly enjoyed herself. Food was excellent, service quick and staff friendly. Although it was busy we were served quickly. It was a bit noisy but you would expect that when it was so busy, this did not affect our visit and we will definitely be back. Fantastic value for money.

Service very slow to begin with, waited about 15 minutes to get a menu. It was busy but our table was booked so would have expected a more efficient start to the evening. The food was good and great atmosphere which made for an enjoyable evening despite the slow start.

We meet once a month as a group and all agree that the Rendesvous is the best for good food and very good value. So much so that we will be going back at the end of May!

First visit. Will definitely be back next time in Edinburgh
