Such a lovely place ,great menu , tasty homemade food

Have been 4 times to this Restuarant and the food is still great good selection. And we love this place as it has a great gluten free menu as my husband who is celiac. Staff are always so friendly.

On arrival we were quickly attended to and taken through the restaurant which was fairly empty with only two tables occupied and taken upstairs to a smaller area. Although the decor downstairs was inviting with a glowing fire and nice wall decor, it was more like a cafe upstairs. I sat facing a plain wall with bare railings on it - which was not at all pleasing after walking through the nice area downstairs. Perhaps the owner could look at putting nice blinds up covering the blacked out windows and a trellis over the railings. The food in itself was nice enough with a good choice. I would go back again however, I would ask for a table downstairs.

Excellent as always our 2nd visit in two days. Pre theatre - brilliant service and willing to accommodate my wish for two starters and a pudding. Will definitely dine there again

Staff were great food good but the place needs to be cleaned a thick layer of dust on table lampshades also on the arificial flowers in the restaurant also speakers and air conditioning units were filthy

Overall a lovely meal. Good value, great tasty food and a nice atmosphere. Only slight let down was upstairs (where we were sat) felt a little bit shabby with what looked like a part dismantled air con system at the top of the stairs

It was OK - just OK - didnt excite or inspire so to be honest wouldnt rush back! Nothing wrong either - the wait staff were efficient but lacked character - the food was tasty but lacking in inspiration.

Went for a pre-theatre two-course meal and food was lovely and service great. Definitely be back.
