Select from French, English, Irish, native or mixed rock oysters, which go perfectly when paired with a glass of sparkling or Champagne. Then, we recommend the Randall & Aubin crab cakes served with lime mayo, watercress and radish salad; hand-picked Devon crab and the seared Aubrey Allen beef carpaccio served with wild rocket, roast mushrooms, hazelnuts and parmesan.

For the main event at Randall & Aubin, we love sampling the free-range chicken cooked on the rotisserie with garlic and parsley butter served alongside pommes gaufrettes and watercress; roast pork belly with mashed potato, roast apple, chutney and gravy; or the Suffolk lamb with all the trimmings.
