This was excellent! a great evening with wonderful food, very attentive service and a nice atmosphere. We will definitely be back in the very near future.
Good food. Food came quickly. Wait staff available but could do with a few to wait near tables rather than trying to catch the eye of someone walking by. Probably could do better with value for money.
Great service and delicious food that’s a bit different from the usual. Want to go back to try more off the menu. Everything that was being served looked great. Good selection of different cocktails too. Highly recommended
Excellent service from our waiter, the food was outstanding and the atmosphere vibrant. When we visit Birmingham, the anticipation of the Pushkar experience is immeasurable.
Food was average however service was absolutely terrible. No one asked us once whether our food was okay or if we needed anything. We had to keep calling the staff when we needed something. Also asked for a jug of water when it was quiet which took 20 mins to come and had to ask twice. Should of had a choice whether to pay service charge, not just added to the bill. Will not be coming here again.
Amazing Indian food the best one in Birmingham. Staff very friendly with a very nice atmosphere. Would definitely go back again soon. Would highly recommend
Excellent food , great service, lovely environment! I couldn’t fault the experience I had tonight! I would recommend this place anyone the best Indian restaurant in Birmingham I have ever been too.
Excellent meal which was which was very well presented in very way and the staff could not do enough for you , could not fault it will definitely be coming again very soon
Amazing food, great service from the main staff. The restaurant was a little to noisy for comfort which meant a slightly lower rating. Would be good if seating NG could be arranged to keep couples and large noisy groups a little separated, especially when booking in advanced
The food was great however the evening was let dow by the level of service. A little bit slow and inattentive. We had to find a waiter every time we wanted to get more drinks. Not sure this lived up to the price being charged. Otherwise not a bad restaurant, but there are cheaper alternatives.
Great atmosphere, great service, great food. Resturant was full, midweek - so be sure to book your table! Mid.band prices for top tier restaurant. Loved it!
Great food. Mediocre service. Had to ASK for ice with table water. A jug of water and a glass of ice arrived. Very shoddy. Expensive.
Superb meal and service as always, try to make it to Pushkar any time we are in Birmingham. Had Rogan Josh followed by chocomisso, wonderful
Fantastic food as usual! Wonderful service too, this place is excellent in all respects! We came for an 18th birthday celebration and it was a night to remember!
Our second visit. It didn't disappoint. Plenty of polite and helpful staff. A lovely varied menu and the food was excellent.... too much actually , so we took some back home with us. Thank you
First time at the restaurant, booked for a large group after a business meeting. Very tasty food, great atmosphere. Professional and friendly customer service when confirming booking.
I will be back next time in Birmingham. Great food, great service and best of all prices are very reasonable. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.
this is the best restaurant I have ever eaten in. there is nothing I could find fault with. The whole eating experience was totally faultless. the tables were set up exquisitely, the linen was immaculate as was the cutlery and tableware. the cocktail menu is extensive and the Singapore sling I started with was matchless. The food menu was excellent. My main course was a curried fish dish, superbly presented, full of flavour and blended well with the pilau rice and sag aloo i had selected. the bottle of Pinot Grigio was at the correct temperature to add to the enjoyment. I loved the Creme Brulee desert and the final item, a black Sambuca. don't miss this amazing place when next on Broad Street Birmingham
Beautiful restaurant and delicious food unfortunately lack of friendliness from staff who were a bit standoffish and also no hot towels at the end of meal to clean hands so you had to leave with a waft of curry smell around you 😬
Great tandoori salmon and methi chicken. Their special parathas also recommended. Not cheap, but this is a first class establishment. Excellent service and coffee. Decent house red.
Ok food price is too high they add service charge without any discretionary notice. The service was normal not a wow factor so didn’t get why so much was added.
The staff were very pleasant. The food was very good and better than most other restaurants. East is east is out, Pushkar is in. Also do great cocktails
The Food and drinks were amazing best Punjabi food I have ever had Service slightly less so but they were short staffed and staff were trying their best
Amazing food! So tasty and fresh. Beautifully presented. Very nice cocktails. Friendly staff and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend a trip to anyone who likes Indian food.
The service and food were great. The seating was a little too close for comfort to other diners. I was supposed to be having a nice romantic meal with my wife but ended up hearing other diners conversations. That put us off from talking about anything sensitive.
Pushkar serves amazing quality food and service. Great central location and most definitely worth a visit if you are in the city! Would highly recommend
It was a bit cold and service took a little too long. The cocktail ordered was disappointing and the starter not that great but the main was excellent, enough to mostly make for it
Excellent meal, excellent service, really flavoursome food and nothing could be faulted. We pre-booked as a special weekend away treat as a family of 4 and enjoyed all of it. Upmarket Indian fusion food at its finest. No wonder this restaurant is a former winner of multiple awards.
We where very impressed by the food and we were made to feel special by the staff
Fantastic food brilliant staff attention to detail well worth it It was our wedding anniversary and they even brought a cake with a candle for us Fantastic
Visited as a party of 12 on 31st july. As always an excellent meal, great staff and atmosphere, oh, and cocktails to die for. Thank you
Such a elegant atmospher. The service was flawless, food was delicious and portions was perfect. The carrot dessert was so yummy!! Would recommend to all😎
Amazing food! The Gosht Saagwala was the best we have ever had :) The cocktails are very good, especially the Bombay Valentine. So if you want a treat, this is the place to eat 10/10 :)
We like your food very nice.your staffs are good.Fast and good services.very good sitting arranment.Staffs are well trained for good way to talk and bring foods.Hope to see you again soon. Thanks
Always top class - quality food and service, good variety of dishes, fine wines and personal but understated attention, in a central location in Birmingham
The food was served warm and the service was polite and warm. Every dish had its own unique spices. The atmosphere was calm and friendly. It is situated in the heart of the Birmingham so accessible by public transport and other mode of transport.
We travel 120 miles to visit my elderly parents in Birmingham which is always a pleasure. The experience is complemented by our anticipation of trip to Pushkar where the cuisine and the service are nothing short of fantastic.
The waiter we had was brilliant he really looked after us and ensured that my dietary requirements. When I found my curry too spicy he quickly got the chef to correct it. The slight let down for us was the trio of dessert we ordered to share. The gulab jamun and rasmalai lacked the sweetness the traditional sweet dishes required. The remainder of the food could not be faulted it was good with a difference to standard India restaurants.
Lovely restaurant very good food and service. We have visited a few times and it’s still as good as I remember. I would highly recommend
Excellent service and food. I hadn’t visited the restaurant for 2 years prior to this recent visit but nothing had changed. The staff still recognised me and the overall experience was as warm and welcoming as my first visit. The best Indian Restaurant in the UK, hands down!
Lovely atmosphere. Great food. Professional set up. We waited a little while to be served but there were 3 birthday parties. So understandable! Thank You!
Staff were spot on. Had no issues at all. Seats where amazing. Food was decent amazing. And we were sat in such a lovely spot and really enjoyed the night. Defiantly come here again.
Ate here for my graduation meal with my family and the staff made it special. The food was great - one of the best Indians in Birmingham.
Food very good. Service was great at some points rushed at some points. Decor is beginning to look worn and dated. Very expensive for Birmingham
Had a fantastic evening food and service was excellent. Staff we’re very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Will definitely be going back and would recommend Pushkar restaurant.
We booked the Pushkar on the strength of reviews we had read and we were not disappointed. The lovely contemporary interior was cool and spacious, the staff were without exception wonderful and super efficient and the Indian cuisine was the best I had eaten. A first class restaurant with first class service and first class food. A great experience. Highly recommend.
great restaurant the food and service is always very good. I would recommend to anyone visiting Birmingham. Very modern and contemporary with classic service. J
Really good food, especially the Pushkar Panorama starter. On the expensive side but not outrageous, although drinks were more expensive than I expected (G&Ts and beer - didn't have wine). Service was good.
Great food. Only slightly disappointed because despite ordering cocktails and other drinks. When asked for tap table water. Discovered an additional £14 on our bill.
Very well run restaurant. The food was excellent and came quickly. The choice was a little different from the standard Indian too. Would definitely recommend
