I have been to Pushkars plenty of times and the food is simply amazing and consistent all the times. Will be back soon.

The food was excellent. However, despite a very large number of staff the service was both clumsy and inattentive. It was as if the majority of them were anticipating the arrival of someone more important and therefore had their focus on the door, each other, or their phones. They also only had one beer available and my waitress recommended that I have wine instead (this would have of course increased our fixed service price total, or am I just being too cynical). Finally, their use of scent diffusers or incense was rather overpowering and I thought got in the way of the flavour of the food. In fact it was so strong that two hours later I could still smell it in the presence of my companions. The quality of the food , though, ultimately trumped all my niggles and I would recommend Pushkar to all (thank you Chef!).

Booked for a birthday, as a couple. This is our favourite restaurant in Birmingham and one we will always visit for any occasion, particularly special ones. Amazing food and attentive welcoming staff.

Exceptional service and food. Nishar took excellent care of us and gave us helpful advice about the menu to ensure we had food we'd really enjoy. It was my son's birthday and they took care to make it special. Our son described it as the best meal he's ever had! We loved the food and barely left a mouthful. Absolutely recommend to anyone!

First time at Pushkar. Was running late for my booking, called the restaurant and they were extremely understanding and told me to take my time. Food was amazing and service was great - can’t complain. Just wish it was local 😬

Honestly the Best Biryani I have ever had! We were running late for the theatre but the guys were happy to box the rest of our meals up to come back later. Sadly we did not get the 2 4 1 offer advertised for booking in advance, nor the 10% off for being residents of the hotel. I would defo come again though.

Food was great. Staff were helpful. However, the heater was not working and it was cold inside where we were dining. We ended up in moving to another table for our main course.

Being early and mid week did not expect it to be busy . Not having been for a while it is always nice to be remembered with a personal touch . I would always recommend this restaurant.

Great welcome and service from staff throughout my dinner. Enjoyed Vermicelli Williams as a novel starter that are well worth trying followed by a very tasty Dal Makhani and Saffron Rice.
