Great food and good service. Will be coming back again for sure. Would recommend thus place to family and friends as a good place to dine.
Great Cocktails. Great food. Lovely service. A thoroughly good evening. Have been here a couple of times now and haven’t been disappointed. Will definitely return.
Very nice food. However, the service was slow and it was also a bit annoying that the table that came in after us was getting served a lot quicker and appeared to be treated better. Why that was I don't know - VIPs or something maybe. Also, the toilet facilities which are shared with Jurys in next door were an absolute disgrace and it put you off your food a bit when you got back to your table!!
Great food and a good atmosphere. Staff excellent, very polite and helpful. Pricey but worth it, will definitely go again. We were a party of six and everyone enjoyed their food.
Very attentive staff with a super festive, warm and friendly ambiance. Food superb and excellent value. All tastes catered for, including those who needed milder versions of classic dishes.
Exceptional service and food. Ambience was perfect. Would highly recommend this restaurant. For any special occasion it is just the place to visit. Simply lovely
Excellent food and very good service. Was a little bit slow but we didn’t mind that on this occasion. The tables and chairs are quite tightly packed.
Excellent food cooked perfectly. Great service waiters were attentive and very helpful. Cocktail menu was superb Spoilt for choice . Will definitely be visiting again soon.
Our food was absolutely fantastic, the best I have had in quite a while. Service was excellent. When we first entered we were shown to a table for two which was close to the bar area, the back of our chairs were constantly being knocked by passers by. We requested a move which was actioned very swiftly!
Great food, great service and a buzzing atmosphere. The restaurant was very busy but service and food standards did not slip. Can't wait to go again.
Excellent. Food, service, attention to detail truly truly enjoyed it- so refreshing to eat in an authentic hich class Indian diner, very very classy and everyone was very satisfied. Expensive but worth it.
Amazing food, amazing service even at this extremely busy time of year. This was our second visit and certainly won't be our last-even though we live over 20@ miles away!
Lovely atmoshere and extremely clean. The service was very good and the food was excellent. We will definitely return again and I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to taste some good punjabi food. Thank you very much Pushkar for a very enjoyable experience.
Great food, superb and friendly service! Curries were all good, and they made my Goan fish curry as lively as I asked! All the staff were very friendly - recommended!
Excellent menu with plenty of vegetarian choices. Outstanding food served by lovely staff. Very pleasant surroundings. Worth walking down Broad Street for. Looking forward to the next time.
Menus are filthy and some pages stuck together! We had three menus from different tables and all the same. Food is great but expensive for what you get.
Another perfect meal at Pushka's. The food was amazing as always and the staff were attentive but not bothersome. One of my favourite restaurants. Would recommend
Friendly staff and a good range of mains and starters. I did feel that there were a lot of tables crammed in so lost some of the personal touch
Food was very bland with no taste and asked for pistachio ice cream instead of cappuccino flavour with chocomosas but obviously did not listen and had cappuccino Don’t think I will be visiting again
Lovely restaurant, nice food only problem was that the service was slow. Other than that nice experience would recommend for a romantic dinner. Fine dining
Excellent as always really is one of the best Indian restaurants in the uk
- booked a large table at short notice - were given a fantastic private dining area - great night - lively atmosphere - good food - broad selection suits most people - well worth a visit
The food was fantastic, but the restaurant felt cramped as is too may table had been put in, also the bar area was also very busy.
Was lovely meal and nice to have a different variety. Staff were very attentive. Shame that themainarrived before we had finished the popadoms. Will definitely do again.
Fabulous food and great service. Would recommend eating at Pushkars. If we are in Birmingham, always go to Pushkars to eat. The place is also every inviting.
Service was awesome, ambiance of restaurant was great. Food was served in a very timely manner. Good recommendation of food and explanation on the menu. Will visit again.
Went on a Friday lunch time and had a lovely meal, the food was beautifully presented too. Definately a high class Indian restaurant, and good value on a lunchtime
Great food. Fab cocktails. Wonderful service and a beautiful space. We booked a table at Pushkar having seen it recommended in the Birmingham Mail and loved it.
Very pleasantly surprised. Maitre’d was excellent, food outstanding, dessert scrumptious, only let down was the double espresso but they corrected that. Need to book again
Great service, really lovely food. Special touch bringing out a cake for my husband for his birthday. Would highly recommend and visit again, thank you
Really good food. Glass broke near mine and my friends table and as the waiter spent 10 min clearing up, we were disrupted no discount
Excellent food , quality sea scallops . A true gem on broad street . Great choice of both starter and main . Very attentive staff . Only negative there was a large party querying their bill in the middle of restaurant at end of meal . About 20 cx and staff all stood up surrounding our table . Which was a bit intimidating. However again our food and service was excellent still
Our group of 6 enjoyed a wonderful evening recently in Pushkar.. Our waiter was very helpful, suggesting different items on the menu to suit the different people. He arranged a super sharing plate which had a tasty selection of scallops, chicken, lamb and a really unusual but amazing tasty mushroom dish . Our mains were all great - my only complaint would be they could have been a little spicier. This is a classy Indian restaurant with a wonderful buzz on a Saturday night suitable for couples or larger groups . I look forward to returning ..
A little rushed, in and out in 1 hour 15 Other tables were not pushed through so quick, felt like they needed this table for some other couple. Food was tasty
Lovely food in a great atmosphere, efficient service. we were not rushed away and chatted over a drink for a while after meal. Smashing evening thanks
Good food but waiters not so approachable and quite costly
lovely city centre restaurant - was very busy - great if you get a table by the window Food was delicious and friendly service from all the staff
Good choice of drinks, delicious food, made of fresh and tasty ingredients, friendly service, reasonable prices. A great place to explore authentic Indian food in Birmingham! Highly recommended!
throughly enjoyed our night out at the pushkar restaurant, great atmosphere & the food & service was excellent, would highly recommend it , wouldn't hesitate in going back again .
Party of 4 on a Friday night, we were extremely well looked after. Brilliant food, excellent service highly recommended, many thanks. Will definitely come again.
Top food and service, from a nicely “less standard” menu (and all the better for it.). Also, the fastest cocktail service ever! Highly recommended, will be going again.
The cocktails and starters were lovely, but the main was disappointing, the chicken came out Luke warm, we then raised this they did change it, then the chicken was over cooked obviously too long in the microwave. When asked how the meal was we explained we was disappointed with the main, still had to pay the full price, so the customer journey overall was not good when paying £80.00 for over cooked microwave chicken ! Will not be returning !
We come every year to the NEC Classic Car show and always enhance our weekend with dinner on Saturday night at Pushkars. First class restaurant and we would highly recommend it to anyone. See you next year!
Overall pleasant experience but found a little spicy for our taste. Waitresses a bit lifeless but waiters much more engaging! Fairly priced and upmarket atmosphere
Excellent food served by friendly staff. The lunchtime menu is good value for money. The Korma is the best in Birmingham. I will be visiting them again.
A Great location and the atmosphere along with food and service were first class. Definitely worth a visit if you are in Birmingham and the surrounding area.
Lovely experience, staff were friendly and helpful. The meal was delicious and the service was prompt and food was hot. We went before we went to a concert and we would totally recommend the experience.
We had a very good evening at Pushkar. The restaurant is nice and bright, service was just right...not too quick or too slow and very well organised. The food takes Indian cooking to a new level and was first class.
We have been to Pushkar a couple of times before and have always been impressed. This visit was no exception. From the friendly attentive staff to the amazing food, we couldn't fault it at all. Seeing as Birmingham isn't our home town we don't get to eat there very often, but we will be back!
Outstanding food, great service and a lovely high end atmosphere. A great place to eat on a Saturday night (or any other night). I'll be back.
