Lovely atmosphere and great cocktails lovely night with my fiancé

The salad that came with the starter was dirty and completely inedible, the main meals were Luke warm and very average, will definitely not be coming back. overpriced and very disappointing and felt very rushed in and out.

Nothing special. Just over priced American diner. Food is ok

My son aged 13 absolutely loved the restaurant and memorabilia on show. I thought the food in my case was overpriced (salad) and there was far too much food for the children! We brought it home. Excellent service but rather noisy and difficult to communicate with our server.

Part of my daughter's birthday celebration. The meals were very good and truly helpful staff.

Good, cocktails were weak though and expensive wasn’t too happy

Food was really good as usual and staff friendly . However very disappointed with our table . This is the second time that we have been put upstairs , terrible ambience and very cold . So wanted to sit downstairs in the throng , I wouldn’t mind but booked it a month ago .

Music was a bit loud and asked to turn it down as we had an autistic child which was accommodated very much appreciated. Meal was good.

Had a lovely time at the restaurant. Great atmosphere. Nearly missed our theatre show as we were enjoying it so much! First time in Planet Hollywood, would definitely go back again.

Very busy and pricey for what you get plus a service charge! Good friendly service. An experience but not somewhere I would return. Very popular but not my cup of tea.

Just been for daughters 16th birthday and loved it,food delicious and staff really friendly and made fuss of bday girl.Lovely experience and thoroughly recommend it.

This is a great venue, music, lots of movie memorabilia to look at and great atmosphere- not the place to go for a quiet romantic meal! The food and cocktails were great

Waited for main meal everyone else being served after a while waitress said that the order had been lost ??? We had to order again and wait again nothing was done to compensate for the loss of time incurred

no check back given. felt like the waiter did not care...left alone for a long time. still here and not had any acknowlegement. had to ask another waiter for drink which we had to shout over. not great to be honest.

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit, requirements accommodated and service was good. A celebration meal so eveb though we couldn't manage dessert the team still provided a brownie with candle

Excellent food and a good variety as well as good variety of drinks. Kids menu fabulous. Staff polite friendly and well presented and informed and went out of their way to help

Loud and brash with overpriced average quality food. Not a pleasant experience even for my teenage granddaughter. We left disappointed after a very average experience

Friendly staff. We were there as they opened so got a great table. Service slowed down as it got busy but we weren't rushed. Only niggle was service charge applied automatically and we were only a group of 4 but this is a company thing and not the staff who were great.

Friendly staff but food was very basic and the waitress didn’t know the menu very well. Upstairs was grubby and unkept with bare walls and pipe work showing

Arrived a bit early but was able to wait in the bar area until our table was ready. Lovely staff, nothing too much trouble even though it was very busy. Food was delicious. Only slight complaint, 12.5% service charge already added so you feel bad if you knock it off. I always tip according to my experience so don’t like being told how much!

Had a great time at this restaurant. We were just two but it could have been just as good with a big group. Good food, good service. I would come back again especially with kids.

Great ambience in the restaurant. Great cocktail selection. Food is good and the servings are generous. Music could be a little loud at times but seem to vary depending on what was being played.

We came to celebrate my son 15th Birthday And had a fantastic time. The food was good, the waters was very helpful and the music was unbelievably inter tainting. Thank you.

Walked in. Asked whether any of their food was halal. Was informed be an employee on the front desk that the Chicken was halal - but should check with the waiter. Asked the waiter the same question - the response was ‘errr what would you like?’ - had no clue whether they served any halal food.

Too loud and uncomfortable seating. We didn’t stay for food as there was no option to change seat away from the full volume of the speaker

Too many tables crammed in ontop of each other - only ate a quarter of the burger as had 10 bits of gristle in it. They then had the cheek to add a discretionary 12.5% service charge - which I removed.

all hype no substance better around. Food was of low quality and over expensive. Don't waste your money and when they sing happy birthday to people it is cringe worthy.

Brilliant atmosphere loved the messages able to post a birthday message to my daughter which she loved. Staff were friendly and sang happy birthday to her, put a sparkler on her desert lovely touch. Great surroundings and atmosphere, food delicious loved it.

Slow service. Better to visit when not in a rush and DVD in background was too loud. Empty on a Tuesday night for a reason.

Hard Rock Café’s poorer brother? Lots of staff standing around, one of which walked around with her long hair loose. Not the greatest experience. Food was okay though. Dirty ladies room.

Service was disappointing, forgot kids drinks and eventually brought the wrong drinks., tv’s were playing inappropriate trailers for 5 o clock in the evening for children. Place was to loud to have a conversation around the table but this may appeal to others. I doubt I will go back.

The service was very poor. The fries were awful. The sandwiches were unattractive. It was our first visit and also our last. We certainly will not be returning.
