not value for money - overpriced and average food :(

The food was very mediocre. It came quite cold and then the server gave us the wrong bill at the end. The music was good and the food did come out fairly quick. Expensive for what food we got aswell.

The waitress was so so profesional and cheerful, we will be back Dualipa

First time for my children and nephews in London and this was a great experience for them.

Average food but good service. A bit noisey at times but good atmosphere.

The ribs were absolutely fantastic! 😊 also loved the toblerone cheesecake dessert!

Just terrible. The music was tooooo loud, like in a night club, also the party upstairs was painful.the staff did nothing about it except dancing along, it was ridiculous. Not family restaurant at all.

Been here many times, great food and lovely staff. One of my favourite places.

We arrived early but were seated straight away despite it being busy. Food was great, the waitress was happy to adapt a meat dish to be vegetarian for me which was nice.

Tried charging us 12.5% as a tip very cheeky for a service that was appalling. 2 hours we was in there, the order was wrong on the mains and on the deserts. Won’t go again, was made to look an idiot in front of the family as I recommend it

There was three in our party, we waited a while for our food to arrive. When our food did arrive it was cold and we had to send it back. It then took a while again for our food to come out!! It took over an hour for us to eat. Our waitress was very good, and did offer us free drinks, however our food was taken off our overall bill. Not the best experience.

Food was decent - it was very busy and food was delayed but understandable as Saturday night

Music was very loud but we asked to move and the staff moved us to a quieter table, excellent service

Even though pre booked table waited ages and people booked after us (same size party) seated before us. One order wrong and they wouldn't change saying it was what was ordered.

Not made very welcome. Lady in front didn’t understand our voucher on arrival and said oh just ask someone else. Very uncomfortable and although quiet sat everyone very close to each other

Fantastic atmosphere and delicious food, as always. Best service, everyone was so friendly, proffesional and helpfull. I have been to this Planet Holywood quite a few times and I never left dissapointed. I am sure I will be comming again. Again my family, friends and myslef were really impressed with entire experience and we thank to all of the staff for making this cherry on the cake for us after day out exploring London. Lenka

Music was too loud. We could not speak to each other. The atmosphere was that of a very loud children's party. Food was of average quality.

Food was absolutely incredible!! One of the best burgers I’ve ever had! Staff were really friendly and welcoming. 10/10 experience.

It was my first here and I loved every minute from the moment I was greeted at the front door, staff were extremely friendly and very attentive, talked us through the menu etc. The food was e excellent and of course the cocktails were too. I also enjoyed walking around talking photos of the lovely Hollywood memorabilia which is up on the wall. Overall totally loved my visit would definitely go again

Treat for my 10 year old daughter, who’d not been before. She really enjoyed it. Service was better than last time (admittedly a few years ago), food was good if a little pricey - but it is central London

Too noisy, grubby, shabby, food produced en masse in felt like a conveyor belt, very very dated generally, too gimmicky, and way too expensive for what it was, tourist trap. Staff tried their best but just not a memorable experience.

This restaurant is the best of the bests ever. Love it!

Fantastic . Salsa the waitress was amazing. Boyfriend proposed on the screen and they brought out a cupcake with a candle for my birthday. Food was delicious xx
