Persian Chicken / Lamb Tikka
Persian influenced chicken / lamb tikka cutlets coated with hints of fresh ginger, light coriander paste, black cumin, Kashmir massalla pesto, served on a bamboo skewer
Tiger Prawn Tava
Tiger prawns coated in Lahori pesto and tangy yoghurt, tenderly cooked with onions, peppers and tomatoes which compliment the taste of the succulent flavours of the tiger prawns, served on a bamboo skewer.
Gol Gappay (V)
A favourite in the Indian sub-continent it is a crispy circular pastry stuffed with tangy spicy chickpeas cooked with caramelised onions, tomato & garlic puree, coriander, shallots, a drizzle of lime and tamarind sauce, down the hatch in one go. Literally try it you’ll love it.
Cholay Malabar (Kashmir)**
A double decker dish roasted, toasted then coated. Tender strips of chicken breast marinated in a zingy lime and coriander pesto infused with mashed ginger and garlic, it is then skewered and slowly cooked in the tandoor to seal in the flavours, the dish is then served sizzling with a topping of wild lemon infused tava sauce. Nice and spicy or mild whichever tickles your fancy enjoy.
Kaleem Lazeez (Lahore)**
A very robust dish rich in flavour, it’s created with a tantalising balance of yoghurt, cinnamon sticks and wild lemon paste, fresh zingy coriander, tamarind and aromatic herbs. Whilst the above ingredients meld, peppers are roasted and added to stir fry onions in a fairly thick sauce and all the elements of the dish are combined together.KAPOW!!!! A melt in the mouth dish, enjoy!
