Everything was delicious, the fresh lemonade and the dumplings were very tasty
Good food but the dim sum selection is not what it used to be
Delicious food, very good service and value for money. We went a la carte and chose 7 savoury dishes and two desserts plus 2 teas and a lychee drink all for £26.50 each incliding service. We will be back .
Best meal we've had at any Ping Pong restaurant. Delicious
Terrible service. Luke warm, overly salty food. Very disappointing meal. Expensive too.
Very good food and good fast service, even on a busy day our food didn’t not take a long time to come and was extremely tasty.
Excellent service and food quality was great. Second visit and won’t be the last!
Very busy tonight but service still excellent and food amazing as ever. Happy hour until 6pm really good value.
Great food. Busy, which made for a nice atmosphere, but slow to take our order.
Great food and service! Highly recommend, we had a great time.
Excellent food as always. Service is always friendly and the cocktails are amazing.
Excellent service and food but ladies room was in a sorry state
Tasty food choices, set menus good value and attentive service.
Great food and great service. Definitely will be returning. Reasonable prices
Good place to eat : good food and service but was slightly disappointed as many things on menu were not available. Very convenient place to eat if going to the National Theatre after.
We are never disappointed at Ping Pong. The food is always excellent and the service is very friendly and speedy. Would recommend it and we are planning when to go back.
Excellent service and delicious food for a reasonable price. Will definitely be returning during happy hour to sample more cocktails! Can highly recommend ping pong!
Great Tim sum! We had the set £13.50 per pax, great value n the food was nice n hot. Love the duck rolls, and all the steam dumplings, staff was v attentive n friendly!
Very accommodating for three mums with buggys. All servers were friendly and efficient, nothing was too much trouble. Food as always was delicious, recommend the festive set menu!
I was really annoyed that a discretionary service charge was automatically applied at a whopping 12.5%. We should have the freedom to leave a tip as we see fit. The services was good, but considering our bill came to £50 that is a large amount to pay for a tip
I usually say "Yay" and give top marks for PingPong. But my visit yesterday, well, the food (new choices) was just a bit bland. The waitress matched the food - eg "that's it for your food now", when she delivered the steamers to the table. Little enthusiasm for working at PingPong, so not the best ambassador.
Excellent, as always. Convenient location, good food, great service. Lots of choices for vegetarians. Would definitely recommend this place. There were lots of tables available and may be, didn't need a booking. Though would personlly recommend to avoid disappointment.
Quick and efficient yummy food and great location for all the South Bank activities....... Good with kids too. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7
Great food but waitress said we hadn’t ordered enough and ‘encouraged ‘ us to order more which we didn’t really need. So we felt a bit manipulated.
The food was lovely and original. There was wonderful service. It was clean and organised and quick. The location was great too and I recommend it.
Nice food with some interesting taste combinations. The dumplings were much lighter than I first expected! However the portions are not large so could be expensive to really get a belly full!
Staff do need to smile more and should not remove dishes from table so soon that dim sum gets cold in boxes at the bottom.
