Lovely food, excellent service. The waitress is crazy, in a good way. It's small plates, so good variety. The wine is brilliant, try the sauvignon blanc, although French, it's delicious!
Smoke stung out eyes for the entire visits. Several mistakes made, slow service. Freezing cold bottle of red wine served on freezing cold glasses. Food comes out when it’s ready, which is normally fine, but a soup and similar only really works before other dishes, rather than when it happens to be ready. Fries felt anything but French. Overpowering parsley on one set and barely a discernible bit of cheese on the others. Expected so much more.
My friend and I both had a lovely evening. The atmosphere is very French and food delicious. The service was also very good. We will be back.
Best food I've had in Liverpool! Opted for the house wine, even that was the best we've had in Liverpool. Gorgeous intimate restaurant, can't wait to return.
Lovely hidden treasure in the heart of the city, highly recommend the french onion soup! will definitely return and spread the word on how lovely this restaurant is!
Great little find, decor lovely, Really great food, very tasty, will definitely visit again. Best tapas restaurant in the city centre. And great cocktails too!
Very nice atmosphere. Nicely decorated. Food was also very nice with plenty to choose from the menu. Style was tapas / small plates. Not many vegeterian options
An excellent experience, wonderful atmosphere, fantastic service, superb meal. A real little gem worth hunting out and returning to. One of the most enjoyable, fuss free, dining experiences we have had in a very long time. Thank you.
My husband and I visited on a Thursday night for a pre-concert meal. We weren't sure what to expect but the reviews were very good and we weren't disappointed. The menu is tapas style small dishes. We chose 6 (artisan bread board, clams, duck, prawn skewers, mushrooms, steak) and shared and every dish was absolutely delicious. And we were surprisingly full at the end. The waitress was very friendly and accommodating and the restaurant is very reasonably priced. We will definitely be returning.
Unfortunately when we arrived the Restaurant was flooded so can't rate this restaurant. The staff did try to contact people to let them know but we were already on our way there. Will try this restaurant on another occasion
Excellent service. Lovely menu choices, with lots of fish and seafood on offer. Great for non meat eaters. Good value for money. Small plates for sharing which were decent sizes. Will go back again!
What a little gem fabulous food great service from the French waitress Giselle alias Keeley . Would highly recommend as every dish was exceptional, Dan the chef is a very talented young chef.
We really enjoyed the atmosphere in the restaurant and the food was fantastic however we felt that the waitress serving us was not appropriate for the restaurant and didn’t seem to fit in with the French feel
My favourite restaurant, always a great meal with friendly, personal service in charming surroundings. The small plates idea means that you get to try three or four different dishes instead of one enormous plate of the same stuff. I'll be back as soon as I can find another excuse.
Excellent meals with excellent service A1. Would highly recommend to friends and family. The oyster served in its own shell is a must. Will be visiting again soon
