Patara - Oxford Circus

I had a lovely experience. The food was amazing! Great cocktails I recommend the champagne mohito. The service was friendly and quick. I would visit again. The food is a little expensive but worth it!

Patara offers consistently excellent quality Thai food at sensible prices. If you have never tried it you should. The staff are always friendly, and the service is good .

They are very rude. They pushed us to finish our food to close the restaurant! They bring us the bill without we ask for it! The food, as usual, was good!

Food was good but got cold quickly as no hot plates. Expensive given we had little alcohol, especially the starters. The starter platter not worth £13 each.

Absolutely fabulous atmosphere and really tasty food. It's bit pricey but meals are amazing good so it's worth to go. Maybe waiters should be little bit less visible, I had impression they were constantly next to our table.

Food was out of this world. Delicious I had the prawn soup and it was worth every penny. Service was outstanding. Restaurant had a good ambience will be returning. 😀.

This was for a business meeting and we found the service really slow service, which was surprising and more than a little annoying for us as we did only a have a short window.

I went with friends and we all enjoyed our starters and main courses. It has a variety of dishes that covers all tastes. Nice atmosphere and service.

We have been to Patara at Oxford Circus several times. They have always provided superb food; great service; attractive environment. It was good to be back. We look forward to the next time.

Friendly staff with great atmosphere. Food was delicious but some bits of the starter came cold, having told the waiter they rectified it promptly and were very generous in providing extra in return.

I dined with a friend over lunch here and found it to be a very satisfactory experience from every point of view. The ambience, the food, the service and the value for money were first rate.

Just enjoyed yet another excellent meal in Patara, great service, as always, and the Jasmine tea is not to be missed. Would highly suggest a visit.

I attended the Patara Fine Thai Restaurant for the second time with 2 friends yesterday evening and it is, quite simply, the best Thai restaurant that I have been to in the United Kingdom.

Assigned very small table for 3 persons. Asked to change to bigger table and said no. 5 minutes later they sat 3 persons on same table not available to us. We got up and left offended! Poor management

Quality of food was excellent. Friendly staff with efficient service. Where we were sat, it was nearer to the restaurant entrance and, therefore, lacked some atmosphere. Despite this , an excellent meal and we would return.

Downstairs had a funny smell had to be moved to top floor table,other than that the food was amazing and the service was first class. Will definitely recommend!

Black cod I ordered tasted rancid and obviously off, replaced bud pretty sure same piece but reorganised on plate I have nevever sent anything back in a restaurant ever before

Excellent food and service at a reasonable price. One of the finest Thai food experiences in London. I would highly reccommend this and look forward to trying the new one at Berners Street.

The food was decidedly average. Fish was overcooked a bit dry. Service was fine. Wouldnt rush back there I know its in Mayfair but overpriced for the quality of what was delivered.

Good food with great service. Nice varied vegetarian menu and the waiting staff are happy to answer questions and recommended stuff on what you might have previously eaten in a Thai restaurant.

restaurant was nice and food was nice but not extra ordinary. need to have more options for vegetarian people in starter, main course and desserts especially. non veg food was nice as described by my colleagues

Hi , Everytime wonderfull and delicious. This time i try the platter for 2 in entry AND the tiger praws . The service is quick .

Very high prices. Enjoyable night but the food is not worth £18 for a main and £9.50 for a starter. Good location and good service.

Excellent decor, lovely food and great service. Expensive though. Wonderful range of wines. I loved their green curry and bonus points for brown rice. Will go back in a heartbeat.

Great Thai food. Very well prepared and efficient staff. Location is central and easy to find - just off Regent Street. The choice from the menu is vast.

Starters were below average .only saviour was Thai green curry.will not be going again. Quality of the restaurant ( as in the food) has gone down.

Wonderful menue - 6 dishes and all so tasty, beautifully prepared and efficiently served. Typically Thai friendliness and great price benefit relation. We changed table for a more comfy one without problem. Best Thai in town

Lovely restaurant. Excellent tasty food, served by attentive staff. I have enjoyed this restaurant several times & look forward to my next visit. However, it is fairly expensive, but worth it for the occasional treat on a night out before a London show.

Food as excellent as ever, and service very good. Front of house slightly uninterested but buzzy and good ambience. Will go again and recommend to others.

The waitress was quite moody and the food was not up to its high standards, the food was quite cold when it arrived, a smile would not have gone astray.

Amazing restaurant. Food was lovely. Very filling, we just got 1 main each, a rice to share and a side of pak Choi. And we were both stuffed

I've been to the restaurant several times before but the service was extremely poor. I mentioned vegetarian request (as the party of 5 we were all vegs )when I booked (2 days in advance) but they ran out of tofu / which is the main ingredient for 80% of their veg dishes.i wish they had emailed me and told me before I arrived to the restaurant. The waitress was very grumpy while serving and was rude every time we asked for an extra bowl etc The green curry and spicy noodles were good but the service made the experience below par for us. Hopefully they can look into this as it is a good restaurant otherwise.

It was a delicious meal, with great service. This was our second visit here and still ranks as our favourite Thai food. Will be back.

Great staff and quality ingredients set this apart from other Thai restaurants. I was slightly concerned when I found it was a chain but it did not have that feel.

Nice evening, good food but not wow factor - we stated it was our wedding anniversary on our booking and there was no acknowledgement of this.

Friendly attentive staff, great food and atmosphere. We were a bit shocked when the bill came. We hadn't realised how expensivw our starter platter was but I will definitely go back here!

The food was and atmosphere was pleasant. The only criticism I have is that the spicy dishes could have been slightly spicier as that is what I am used to when eating Thai food.

Delicious, fresh, nice atmosphere, friendly staff, had banquet menu lots of variety, every dish was flavoursome. Lastly the desert choice was absolutely perfect. Will be back!!

Great food as ever. Service not up to usual standard. No welcome or goodbye. Service was very nonchalant and sloppy. The staff should be taught how to present and serve a £30 bottle of wine!

Service was okay, and food wasn't brilliant. Starters very average but thoroughly enjoyed the main course. Probably wouldn't go again, better Thai restaurants around. Waitresses were struggling to understand our order which made it very frustrating.
