Excellent food and great location. Friendly staff and perfect lightning too. Soup for starters is recommended. Vegetarian choice was also plenty. Good choice of wines as well.
Quick visit before the theatre was a great experience as always. We let them know that we only had 40 minutes before we had to leave and they were attentive and very quick to serve. Two dishes from their new snack menu was sufficient for a main course for one of us and the calamari followed by their excellent green chicken curry was lovely. One glass of wine with the above came to around £35 per person. Highly recommended.
Loved the food and cocktails, great service. Would come back again
We started with a rose champagne, tapara mixed apetizers, prawn soup and lamb with curry. It was really delicious, the personalis very kind and this place is 100% recommended. Uhhmmm We will come back
Excellent food, nice atmosphere, and pleasant surroundings all made for a good evening with a group of four friends who had not seen each other for many months!
Amazing Food! Such amazing staff - super friendly - food of high quality and always a classic when in London! Wonderful ambience as well - would come back again!
Excellent quality of food and friendly service. Not cheap, but worth the spend. The set menu was a fine selection of speciality dishes. Highly recommended.
Beautiful venue with awesome thai food and great cocktails with a thai twist. A little pricey but worth it - especially for a special occasion.
My friends and I dined at Patara in London last night, I had a great meal with wonderful friends and delicious food. We'll be back...
I had a very pleasant lunch at Patara. The staff were all excellent, providing discreet but very attentive service. The food was excellent and very nicely presented. I would certainly return there.
We were greeted warmly. We had a great table by the window. The service was excellent! And the food even better. We thoroughly enjoyed our time out! Fantastic!
Food is always excellent here and staff are courteous, friendly and efficient. My party mixed the excellent value business lunch with the a la carte and all were very complimentary. I think they are fast becoming my favourite Thai restaurant in the West End and will always be one of my top choices for lunch
My guest has a Gluten free requirement and although the restaurant had a Gluten free menu it wasn't very extensive but other than that very enjoyable
Everything was perfect and the staff are very helpful, supportive and were able to explain what was on the menu before our order Overall great fun
Service is impeccable. Food was nothing special. Could have been from my local take away. Given the reviews I was excited about dining here and the setting, ambience and service lived up to the hype. Unfortunately food was only average and not worth the bill, in my view.
Great food, lovely service ! Would defo go back again for the lovely experience!! Great location, rate the lamb main dish very much , comes out excellent
The food is excellent, very varied and delicious menu, price wise it is on the higher end of the scale - for two without drinks we ordered a lot and it came to slightly over 100 but was well worth it for a special occasion staff are pleasant and attentive would recommend
A nice restaurant with good food and great service. I would recommend this restaurant, as it is one of the better Thai restaurants that I have dined at. It is well located just off Regent Street, heading towards Oxford Circus.
Visited for lunch on a busy Friday. Good food, prompt service and warm ambiance. Perfect for a business or leisurely lunch. The fixed menu choices are reasonably-priced.
Good food and service. Definitely worth the visit. Ordered the ore-set Christmas dinner for the group. Good value. Very close to osfprd circus tube station.
Food was ok drinks over priced £8.50 for a bottle of still water. Service was rushed and staff eager to close up. Wouldn’t rush back
Lovely food, good service and a generally appealing restaurant. The only aspects which let the restaurant down were unclean floors and the acoustics of the building, something that could perhaps be improved with subtle background music.
Lovely food and service. The waitress was really really pleasant and the staff were well coordinated. The food was spicy and yummy, just how I love my Thai. :)
The ambience of the restaurant was very nice and the staff were very welcoming as soon as we walked through the door. The food was also very nice.
I've been to Patara in Hampstead and Soho before and really enjoyed the food. This was different - although the food is tasty, everything was served luke warm and not piping hot like it should be. Disappointed on this occasion.
Amazing food and ambience. Service was slow but the staff were very nice and friendly. The scallops are just so tasty and succulent. Would go again.
Very nice food and charming, polite service. But very expensive- £9.80 for a side of Bok Choi. Overall just not worth the £50 a head.
Great lunch menu. Convenient location (near Oxford Circus). I've been going for years and find it to be consistent in quality and variety. Well done.
I've been to Patara before but the one in Soho which I found a nicer experience. The Oxford Circus one was nice but the layout, staff and food at the Soho one was better. so was a bit disappointed. thats not to say that it was a bad experience, but for what you pay (and it isn't cheap) I guess I was expecting a bit more.
Very enjoyable set menu with all the favourites. Very good service, nice friendly atmosphere. Quote an extensive vegetarian and vegan menu. Definitely would go again.
Excellent food and service. Place a bit noisy but this is linked to the success of it, full. Nice cocktail and people. Fair prices as well.
fanstatic restaurant food was amazing staff were very friendly is a must if you like thai food and right in the heart of london will be back asap
Great food and service - good options for vegetarians and all of the waiters we spoke with were very helpful and suggested good options for our meal.
The starters very good but the main courses were quite disappointing, having been to Patara - South Kensington and Soho. However, the service was good.
Great food but the place is a bit small and so feels cramped when full. Handy location just off Reagent Street. Other branches may be better.
Very sullen hostess with no warm greeting on arrival. Food good, but service just functional there are better places to eat in London than this.
Very friendly staff, good food. Strong smells and very warm upon entry only negative. Would highly recommended Oxford Circus branch. Would benefit from separating large groups from more intimate diners
Extremely nice atmosphere and excellent food. Top marks. I would recommend it to anyone who likes Thai. Cuisine. Hopefully I will be able to try the same at other branches
just so so. Mango rice and ice tea is good, but the others is common. The taste is beyond the price, so I will not come again
Delicious business lunch served really quickly and service fantastic as always. Patara chains Best Thai restaurants in London. Very reasonable business lunch- 2 courses for £15
The food came out at just the right time, the taste was amazing. The staff were attentive as well as friendly. Best Thai Resturant Hands Down
Everything was first class from the welcome and service to the extensive menu and beautifully cooked delicious food. We look forward to returning very soon.
Great food and excellent service. The restaurant has been tastefully refurbished and even the downstairs area has a good atmosphere and pleasant ambience. Always a good experience.
Brilliant food and reasonably priced for a business lunch. Best Thai Green Chicken Curry I've had! Service was excellent. Will hopefully be back soon enough.
Food ok but unmemorable. Given high price should have been much better. The starter platter for two cost £26, expensive for ok sample of various starters. Main course of just 5 prawns and large number of green beans overpriced. Only the fillet beef in red curry sauce stood out as justifying the price.
Delicious! Wonderful cocktails and excellent food. The corn fritters were out of this world, but to be honest so was everything else. Definitely coming back sometime soon.
Fantastic food and wonderful service. I highly recommend the chicken green curry. First time I have been to this restaurant although I have been many times to the sister restaurant on Greek St and this is just as fabulous.
As always, great food and sympathetic service. Tables are far enough apart to be intimate whilst still maintaining the buzzy atmosphere. My favourite branch of Patara.
Excellent service and customer service received by Napoleon and his team. The welcome we always receive makes us go back time and again. Food was exceptional as always from the starters to mains to dessert.
Perfect experience apart from one waitor brought a wrong course and another had to remove it from the table. Apart from that, the service was excellent and the food was amazing. I would 100% visit again.
