Very good food and lovely venue. We went there for my birthday and this was a treat. Highly recommended.
Very average food, delayed service, over priced for what it was. They advise 4-5 tapas for a couple.... 5 didn't even touch the sides! Off for a kebab now!
NONE of the first list of plates were available, four other dishes were not available and NONE of the beers were available. Wish we hadn’t bothered. What a waste of time, taxi’s and babysitters!
We had 9 dishes and a bottle of Rosé between 4 and they were all good. It was a shame certain things weren't on the menu, but didn't detract from the food. Would visit again.
Everything from start to finish was absolutely outstanding. Best new restaurant in Brighton
Great place! Although, the seating at the bar area could be a little more spacious. It was very busy when we dined and there was only one waitress. It took us a while to order. Beautiful food. We would come back mid week not on a busy weekend!
Great modern take on tapas dishes Family really enjoyed we will be returning most definitely 😊
This was my second time at Pabellon and again their food was ecstatically delicious. The beautifully designed plates are not all about the looks, the taste is out of this world - definitely try the tuna and tortilla, the goat's cheese is a great innovation as well. If I could, I would try every single dish on the menu! The staff were lovely, welcoming and warm - almost like you feel at home but you are in this nice restaurant! Also, love the simple decor but when you discover the toilet area you see where the taste comes from, very stylish yet simple. I cannot recommend this place enough. As a Spanish tapas lover, this is by far the best in town!
Excellent food, lovely staff, brilliant experience - would go again.
Another fantastic evening!! Such perfect tapas well prepared and paired with great wines and great value too!!!
Brilliant!! Simply brilliant!! Relaxed high quality tapas at a great price with great wine! Bravo!!
Great restaurant with amazing food and service - we will be back!
We left without eating. There was only one red wine on the menu and the service was extremely slow.
Friendly staff helped inform us about our meal. The food was really tasty and brought to us as soon as it was cooked. My only criticism is that is like my calamari cooked a little longer.
Interesting and well cooled food .especilythe pulpo 6 small plates were enough to satisfy. Pile driving, head banging music unfortunately
Food was amazing I would definitely eat there again. Service was very good too 😊
Excellent food , waitress was friendly, even the chef came and spoke, will definitely return.
Great food and atmosphere, waitress very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend a meal there.
It was Perfect! Such a great ambience - loved it.
I visited on a Friday night, Great food and atmosphere! Will defiantly return!
Great food and service at this city centre modern tapas bar.
First time in this restaurant and I can highly recommend it. Tapas are different but delicious.
Very very good food with amazing flavours. Great value for money
I enjoyed the food very much but would like there to be more options on the menu.
the music was too loud , the wine - £40 for an OK bottle of cava, food was good but not exceptional, service was reasonable. Not particularly recommended.
Great food with lovely ambiance, friendly and efficient quality service.
A truly amazing meal, every dish was fantastic. We’ll be back soon.
Great service, lovely food with amazing flavour and a really enjoyable dining experience.
Great place, delicious modern tapas - what’s not to love!
My 6th visit. Always good, friendly helpful staff and great food
Lovely staff, great service & delicious food. This is not your regular high street chain tapas restaurant. It's tastier & freshly prepared. If you're looking to feel stuffed then this isn't the place for you. BUT if you're looking for a tasty selection of small dishes, packed with flavour then Pabellon is the place for you. Try the white Rioja too its gorgeous.
We had a fantastic meal on Saturday before we went to a Festival concert. Great choice on menu. Loved the seared tuna and croquettes. Good job Lee and team.... better than the football. See you again Gaynor
The service was very good. More information on the origin of the products could be provided.
Great place after a shopping trip. Won’t be my last visit!
Really lovely evening. Good was very good and service was good too.
Booked a table on a total whim - didn’t know what to expect. Very pleasantly surprised. Lovely food + service. Recommend.
Great food, good wine and chilled out atmosphere. Wanted to try everything on the menu!
A second visit but disappointing - in comparison to the last visit, it was quite a restricted menu that seemed rather basic, with nothing very special to get excited about. It was draughty too and a bit chilly. Overall, didn't seem good value for money.
maybe I would have preferred more selection of desserts but anyway great experience!
Good food and lively staff who were very helpful. A very good tapas bar
Absolutely amazing food! This definitely challenges the best tapas restaurants in Brighton! Great service! I would highly recommend!
Brilliant restaurant! This was my first visit. Strongly recommend booking as this place isn't big and it gets busy. Prompt service, fantastic range of Spanish wines, fantastic food and very friendly staff. Heads up - there are no menus given out. The menus are on the wall, or you can ask the staff. If you are a group of more than two, you get a table, and if two or less, you sit at the bar. Absolutely recommend if you want a quick dinner before going on somewhere else or you want to hang out with friends for an hour or two. There is something for everybody on the menu!
Great food, wine, service and atmosphere what's not to like?
Beautiful food and wonderfully attentive staff. Will be returning here again.
Great place for meeting with a friend. Nice and central.
Consistently brilliant. Why this restaurant didn’t feature in Brighton’s top 20 will remain a mystery to me. Great food, great service and good price.
Great cocktails followed by fabulous food. A fab pre-theatre meal!
Very attractive dinning room and cheerful, very efficient service. Excellent but pricey wine list and any queries about a particular wine were met with the offer of a taste - we selected a very pleasant white organic at £28, although this appeared as £30 on our bill. Our 7 dishes were well flavoured and beautifully presented. They included a crisp calamari dish with a gentle ink sauce and a perfectly seared cod steak with a robust ‘bisque’ style sauce. Our only criticism would be that the ‘local’ bread was four thin half slices of regular toasted bread and two half slices of untoasted - hesitate to say fresh. It was redeemed by an excellent tapenade and quality olive oil - not sure it warrants the £4:00 tag. The other disappointment was the lack of actual chicken meat in the delicious Pollo al ajillo - it is probably difficult for the kitchen to know if the chicken pieces are mostly bone and skin - in our case we were bone heavy and meat lite. At £30 a head, we felt we had enjoyed a stylish, tasty, if expensive, lunchtime snack.
If booking, - my only complaint would be to ask not to sit near the door - as it doesn't shut properly and people kept coming in and out and because it didn't shut properly - we had to keep getting up and down to shut the door which was very annoying.
Beautiful tasty food and great friendly service. Would definitely recommend.
