Short notice reservation for anniversary lunch . Had to adjust time but staff were very good and it was no issue. Loved the food and the young female who served us was lovely. Been a while since I’ve eaten there but it’s much improved and worth praise and I’ll recommend it as a place to eat.

Really enjoyed our Sunday lunch, beautifully presented and very tasty - best of all plenty of lovely veg too! Service was best we’ve had in a long time, impressive - we’ll be back asap! Thank you 🤩

We were there for a family lunch, including relatives that are visiting from Mexico. The food was delicious, the service was very good and the place has a lot of historic features and a welcoming atmosphere that we enjoyed. We look forward to returning

Visited the Northumberland Arms for my daughter’s birthday. From start to finish the whole experience was outstanding. The food was exceptional and staff brilliant. I would not hesitate to highly recommend you visit and try this for yourself.

Menu seems to have shrunk, variety with it, but prices seem to have risen quite noticeably since our last visit. Service was friendly and pleasant but quite slow. Food was nice, coffee not so much.

Overall very pleasant dining experience. Reasonably priced substantial Sunday roast. My spelt and lentil vegetarian loaf was great. Service very good.
