Delightful food, served with hospitality. Pity about the heavy loud music .
Lovely little restaurant, delicious food, amazing staff, oodles of atmosphere.
Food was very enjoyable, good portions and value for money. Ideal for pre theatre meal. Friendly staff & a quick service.
We rdered a mixed cold meze in good time to go to the theatre next door, then found after 40 minutes that they had 'lost' our order due to a computer malfunction. Why they rely on a computer system in a tiny restaurant like that, I don't know, but it seems to absolve the servers from checking to see whether the customets are getting their food. Eventually the wrong orders arrived, all the computer's fault, apparently, and finally. we got our order, which is something you could sling on a plate in 30 seconds. It was OK, but we had to gobble it down in 5 minutes so as not to be late for the theatre. Then they added a service charge to the bill!
Lovely family run restaurant, serving delicious and inexpensive food. We had the set meal for 2. Highly recommended
Lovely quirky little restaurant with a good menu serving freshly cooked food. Good service.
As always fab food and great service. Much appreciated. Thank you
On leaving restaurant I spotted a poster supporting Jeremy Corbyn in the window. Had I seen this on my way in, I would not have dined here. Wouldn’t want to give my money to people who align themselves with a man that does not make me welcome in this country.
Pre-theatre dinner. Delicious main and dessert courses, good wine too.
I love this welcoming restaurant! The service was friendly and efficient and the food delicious and plentiful. I especially liked how the chef came out of the kitchen to ask if we were enjoying our meal. This restaurant offers plenty of choice for vegetarians. It’s next door to the Park Theatre, so a great choice for a pre-theatre meal.
Decent food, prices were fine, nice cosy space with good decorations.
Food was good but my food was luke warm. Had to have both starter and main course heated up, in the microwave.
Delicious food, friendly staff and a great atmosphere. Can't wait to go back!
Very friendly informed service and very tasty food and wine
We had Prompt service and Great meal - thank you .
We were a large party, and this is a small restaurant, so they struggled slightly to sit us all comfortably. The food was all good, but when a dish says it comes with "grilled vegetables" I don't expect 1 quarter onion and 1 slice of pepper. I have had this issue here before. Take that off the menu and just say you serve it with salad.
If you are going to the Park theatre avoid this restaurant at all costs.
Excellent Lebanese food. Friendly staff and great value for money.
All around excellent dinner experience, good atmosphere, people and food. Thank you!
Very bad service. Not sure they ever got our drinks orders right, and the first course took 45 minutes to arrive. We arrived one-and-a-half hours before the play at the the Park Theatre, but did not get our main courses in time to finish them before we had to leave. We regularly attend the Park, but will certainly not go to My Cottage again.
Silvia suggested us good special dishes: lamb shank with spices and chicken with lemon. We enjoyed the positive vibes of the restaurant.
