Lovely being greeted on arrival, good table and quick service. The food was delicious and we all enjoyed the quality of the food. Getting our drinks took time. Would definitely return and would definitely recommend.

The food was really lovely, the service good and we enjoyed our meal very much.

Delicious food, well presented. Waitressing staff were very tentative and friendly. Taking our own alcohol was a big saving on the bill. When they do get their alcohol license I don’t know why they don’t give the option to bring your own wine but then offer cold Effes beer on the premises and cocktails. We will definitely return and restaurant and food is highly recommended.

Rude staff slow when not busy at all when we said bill was wrong we were questioned why an when came back and our bill was more came over with the biggest smile on his face

This is the second time we have been to the Mosaic and again we had a great meal. The service is great and very helpful to. So if you like good food I would recommend it.

Excellent food with proper sized portions. A slight error on the order but nothing that we worried about. Friendly and efficient service.

A birthday visit for our son. Our first visit to Mosaic. Nice greeting and lively interior on entering but quickly led through to the rear where the tables and chairs seemed more basic and univiting. We were led to a small table for 4 opposite a number of tables which were set for a 40th party and seemed quite attractive. However ours was next to the entrance to the toilets (something I really hate). Onto the service, our table was actually quite sticky and set for only 3 places which was rectified when I asked. No menus were left with us and we were left for quite a while until I asked if we could get some drinks at which point he spotted there were no menus. The others' plates were cleared without asking and while I was still eating which is not good. The food however went without issue and was really tasty and hot and the salads, bread and dips went down a treat. The atmosphere was noisy but not distractingly so and we all agreed we would come again as the food was so nice.

The service was very slow. Didn’t get our breads until after our starter had been served. They brought the wrong wine. We’ve been there twice before and I’m not sure I’ll be going back for a 4th time. I had mousaka which before was amazing this time very disappointing just a bowl of slop. My husband’s dinner didn’t arrive at the same time as mine and we had to ask for his chips. Overall very disappointing

My friends and I had a lovely meal here, the decor and atmosphere certainly added to our experience. We were offered coupons to obtain "buy one, get one free on our starters" I was slightly disappointed as we were told, its one starter free per table, so if my party (5 persons) had been sitting on separate tables this would have meant two free starters, the advertising for the offer is incorrectly worded. We were served complimentary olives, and warm bread, and the staff were great, so all in all well worth a visit.

Food was lovely,staff were welcoming and helpful as it was my husband's birthday they even put a candle in his dessert!😀

Amazing food, great service and a really lovely vibe around the place.

The staff were very pleasant and made our experience there awesome, having to dine with kids is not an easy feat but even the children were so happy with the staff and they shared laughters and hugs , which light up their day, and my sister had a very memorable birthday celebration…. The staff sang to her and brought a cake for her. Very lovely and cozy environment. Excellent and superb service. Not the first time going there either and would still go and recommend people to go. Beautiful place..

Friendly efficient service and huge food portions. Good table spacing so don't feel squashed in as in many restaurants. Decent wine list too. Will return.

The restaurant has a very good atmosphere, the food is absolutely delicious and the staff are friendly and helpful. We had a lovely evening and most importantly we weren’t rushed.

Highly recommended restaurant by friends, but I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Food was nice, atmosphere and decor nice but staff not attentive at all. Started off well, took drinks and food order fairly promptly, but once food was on table it was like we wasn’t there! Both my and my wife sat with empty drinks glasses for 30 minutes, asked too different members of staff (not sure what these members of staffs job roles were as they seemed like they just stood around doing nothing really) if we could get more drinks but the drinks never came. In the end we asked for the bill, which came fairly quick but then the card machine took another 15 minutes to arrive although we told the waiter who brought the bill over we would be paying by card! Shame really as the food was nice and we would have had more drinks and desserts
