Each of our aromatic dishes are thoughtfully prepared and exquisitely presented. Our head chef has worked in some of the top restaurants in London and his knowledge and passion for Indian cuisine is second to none. He creatively combines and conjures up both traditional Indian cuisine and our own unique ‘must try’ special dishes. All our dishes are prepared to order and served steaming hot. We pride ourselves on making our dishes with less sugar and less oils so it's non greasy and has no artificial colouring or preservatives. If you would like to design your own dish – less cream, extra hot, no coriander – our kitchen will be very happy to accommodate. The soil is our life and the Earth is our provider : From clay pots to the herbs and spices that come from the soil, our cooking is rooted in the earth, hence our name. Previously Madhuwan, we have re-branded as Mittee meaning soil or clay. Soils are a critical ally in providing food and nutrition to plants, people and our planet.
