Mate’s in Clapham is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a cozy yet stylish atmosphere. The service was impeccable—friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu, special shout out to Ergi! The food was simply outstanding. The drinks menu was equally impressive, with a great selection of wines and delicious, well-crafted cocktails. Everything about our experience felt thoughtful and well-executed. If you're looking for a fantastic dining experience in Clapham, Mate’s is a must-visit. Can’t wait to return with my mates!

The service was brilliant and the food matched. The staff are very welcoming and provide the ideal amount of attention to you. The menu is full of choice and the food was delicious. This place is a great addition to the neighbourhood.

We had a delicious, beautifully cooked and stylishly presented meal. Our waiter was charming, polite, and attentive. We didn't have a starter but mains and a delectable dessert. In all we would recommend this restaurant to anyone as we had a good meal in the outdoor section on a lovely sunny day.
