Amazing food Really hot and fresh. Good price for quality food Friendly staff.

The staff were very friendly, patient and helpful, without being intrusive. We didn't note the names of the two servers but they were excellent. Food arrived quickly, and was hot and tasty. We really enjoyed our meal and will definitely return. Highly recommended!

Was great, we enjoyed the food and drinks. Only downside was the lack of atmosphere due to the restaurant being almost empty.

The actual burger and chips were outstanding however, the side salad of a few leaves and grated carrots was extremely disappointing there was no option for coleslaw as there were on previous visits. Our mains were served with the starter crockery still at the table! When asked if we would like to see the dessert menu I said no thank you within 30 seconds we were presented with the bill and this us feel extremely awkward.

Tried multiple times to call to make a booking but was unable to get through. Went on the website and was unable to find a booking form. Eventually found one on google but was unsure if this was a trustworthy booking system as never heard of them before. When got to restaurant, seem to very quickly and found staff to be pleasant. Food served in a convenient time frame. But you have done away with filthy fries since I have last been!! Bring them back please :) Great atmosphere and great food!!

We went for my birthday meal! The staff were lovely! I was a little shocked as there was no Gluten Free option at all On the menu we had to suggest to the waitress options like more salad instead or a few more fries instead. Burgers were great though!!

Overall a very disappointing experience, arrived to find that sweet potato fries and coleslaw had been removed from the menu?? Why Had a side order of house salad which was very plain, literally rocket,onion,a few peppers and tomatoes, burgers were ok but the presentation was not as good as how we remembered it. No cheesecake either.Staff were friendly and attentive. And to top it all off it was freezing and draughty to the point that we couldn’t wait to leave and go somewhere warm! No longer our favourite burger joint ☹️

Excellent food and service as always. Only thing I ask is that they put the blue cheese dipping sauce on the menu as a side so I can have it with any burger!

The restaurant was closed. However in google appeared as open and the booked app let us make a book.

The access to the seating area at the back of the table was very tight and 4 of the party had to squeeze through to get to there seats. The burgers were tasty but a little on the small side for the money charged. Chips were nice but the 'salad' was just a few lettuce leaves! Tomato ketchup was brought out in a Heinz container and the cutlery arrived after the food had been on the table for at least 5 mins. Overall a poor experience and won't be visiting again.

Excellent place. Probably the best burgers I've ever had, anywhere. The place has lots of character and a quirky feel. Love it here. Only 1 suggestion, get some draft beers on 👍

Quirky underground eatery, fantastic burgers and such friendly staff. Couldn’t fault it.

Waited a llittle bit long for our main but it was worth it as the food was amazing.

Regular diner at Lyon's Den. Had a visit to try their festive specials which were amazing. Definitely one of my favourite places to eat in Shrewsbury. Great atmosphere and fantastic service.

The food was absolutely amazing!!! We ended up getting starters, mains and desserts because the food was so good, which meant the bill was a bit much but it was definitely worth the money. We will definitely be going back soon!
