Nice venue for a lunch for a group of freinds Christmas get together Great food, attentive staff, good value all round. Recommended and will be back.

Always excellent! Espresso martinis are brill with a great range of cocktails (Half price Sunday - Wednesday!!) Recommended local establishment with first class service. Go.

Drinks came, they were wrong. The starter was delicious. I had the aloo tikka fritters and the we’re gorgeous. On to the main, I really did not enjoy my choice of the vegan burger - far too much BBQ for my liking. It was also supposed to come with fries but instead came with small potatoes. My partner ordered a steak rare which came medium/well done. A really bad mistake. The desserts of chocolate brownie and sticky toffee pudding were absolutely to die for. Overall, a very mixed experience at Loks but not sure it was good enough for me to return.

The food was perfect, the service was perfect, the ease of booking was perfect. What more does anyone wish for? L<ook forward top our next visit.

Ceoliac friendly, excellent varied Gluten Free menu. Good varied menu, tasty food, good atmosphere and attentive but not over bearing service. A reasonable charge for the 2 course menu. Restaurant had well lit tables and tables with subdued lighting. All 4 diners would recommend.

The food was delicious. It would have been a five, but no port (or cheese and biscuits for dessert!). That said, we will definitely be back and recommend to friends.

I have been to Loks on several occasions and it never disappoints. The food is always of a very high standard and the service is great. Highly recommend

We really like the change of menu choices from time to time the quality and presentation of all the plated meals, value for money plus the friendly welcoming staff. This is my “go to” restaurant. The food is always tasty and fresh, the value is outstanding. Staff are always very friendly and attentive. Really glad this restaurant is so local. Got to praise the chefs and kitchen staff for producing such gorgeous food. Love Loks!

Good food, great ambiance and service was fab. Had the Katsu curry which was a very large portion, very tasty and nice flavors. Price is fairly average and you get plenty of food for the money.

It's just a lovely relaxed atmosphere to spend our 39th anniversary, and very nice attentive staff, food was great.I would definitely recommend the sharing platter

Nice environment, comfortable seating. I like the new(ish) menu. Just spoiled by poor service. Sat for almost 20 minutes before being approached for a drink or an order. The table two away from us got attended to 5 mins after sitting down.

Was quite disappointed by the customer service . Starters were cold and no one came to check on us until after main course where I then had to point out the cold starters . Was resolved by the total bill but would like them to up there game as far as customer service goes . Not very friendly or attentive .

Out with "the girls" for lunch. Loks was the perfect place to be. The ambiance was lovely warm and welcoming. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Food was amazing. Great prices. Great choices. Have been there in the evening and also had excellent service. Very accommodating for fussy eaters!!

Nice bar/restaurant. We all enjoyed the food. Manager who seated us was polite, waitress who took order and served food seemed a bit lost at times, maybe relatively new? Will give her the benefit of the doubt. One specific challenge though would say the wine is a bit pricey for the type of offering/bar that is Loks

Nice place , good buzz, and lovely food. The menu had something for everyone and the service was friendly and efficient. I would return here.

Lovely food and very reasonable. Slight disappointment that they did not have the champagne we ordered from the menu in stock but the alternative offered was lovely.
