Great place to meet our relatives on the outside deck for a drink, then moved inside for our meal. Great service from friendly and helpful staff and a great selection of food to meet most tastes.

2 large birthday parties, one was very noisy. Difficult to get waiting staff to get bill

Dine here frequently, food always delicious but noticed a change in the portion sizes which were always generous. Definitely smaller portions this time around. I had haddock goujons which were nice but hardly any fish inside what was mainly batter. A tad disappointed this time.

Our seventh or eighth visit to Loks and as always it was positive on every level. We always recommend it to our friends and we are looking forward to our next visit to - great food and a great ambience!

Fabulous food and good service. Staff were very efficient and time between courses was good. All of our party agreed that we will return in the future. The restaurant was busy at the beginning of the evening which did create a slightly louder than average noise level, this soon calmed.

Lovely lunch. Set menu choices were good value. Chocolate brownie could only have been improved by having ice cream, rather than synthetic, as an accompaniment. Overall a lovely place to enjoy lunch.

Good choices on the menu and the food we ordered tasted really good though one of my my friend’s said her chips were a little too salty. Overall Loks has a good menu, food tastes good and it’s a lovely place to have a meal and it’s decent value for money.

Been to Lok's many times but this was my first visit during the week to sample the senior citizens fish tea. It was delicious. The batter on the fish was light and crisp and it was a good plateful. Also included was bread & tea or coffee. It was incredible value for money. As always the service was fantastic. I usually go at the weekend and it can sometimes be a little noisy but as it was late afternoon mid week it was nice and relaxing. I took my 94 year old mother and she loved it. I would definitely recommend a visit.

Everyone enjoyed their food. Attentive service considering it was Mother’s Day and busy.
