Always a good meal, great service, friendly people. Always busy so you always need to make a reservation or you’ll be disappointed. Prawns are lovely!

Excellent service and food with a smile. Table booked through Quandoo was already set out. The staters, drinks came out promptly. Hot plates, dishes, food was of excellent standard. Thank you.

We regularly eat at LE RAAJ. A highlights of this visit was trying the cheapest item on the menu sabji pakora (3.95) as a starter, it was a generous portion of three pakora which were very tasty. We would also recommend the excellent popadoms.

Food was excellent though a bit more expensive than competitors. Service a little slow but in fairness we arrived early and it was very busy.

Probably one of the finest Indian restaurants in the U.K. Excellent cuisine with a magnificent choice menu.Beautiful decor and ambience and superb staff who are polite and attentive to all customer needs. If you have never eaten here you really should . I have recommended Le Raaj to a number of friends and they too have likewise shared their enjoyment of eating there with others. Top restaurant.

Beautiful food and stunningly decorated inside; had a 30 minute wait before being seated without drinks or menu but it won’t prevent us coming back, absolutely loved it

Great food lovely clean atmosphere can highly recommend the king prawns they are amazing the staff attentive but didn’t go overboard would highly recommend this restaurant

We regularly visit Le RAAJ and find it provides high standards of comfort, food quality and speed of service. For a newish restaurant it is very popular and booking works welll. Our only concern this visit is that we felt less relaxed with a fairly constant requests and a lot of attention from staff about whether we had finished with our food. This may be part of the excellent service commented on previously but on this occasion it was intrusive and uncomfortable.

Comfortable restaurant, Excellent service and wide menus and delicious food with no waiting

The restaurant has been done out nicely and is well maintained. Staff are pleasant and attentive. Food was great. There were 9 of us having starters and main, we all agreed we were coming back.

Food was gorgeous as always. Service not as great as usual, but drinks and food arrived very promptly. We had chicken tikka masala & king prawn makhoni, Naan breads and mushroom pilau rice!

Lovely food in an immaculatey clean and pleasant venue. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. We did not feel rushed and had a very enjoyable Fathers Day celebration.

Lovely atmosphere. Delicious food, well presented and promptly delivered. A good range of types of dish and of flavours. All in all a very pleasant evening. Only, minor criticism was that the service was a little slow at the start of our meal, (making our order) but that soon picked up. The staff were charming and attentive.

Excellent level of service and most importantly food was great!! Very clean and well decorated with good light levels from windows and internal lighting. Highly recommended and will definitely be back.

A lovely evening and good food. You could stand to dial down the red food colouring in the tikka masala though. I prefer less E numbers in my food!

Food excellent. We had a variety of dishes and everyone enjoyed their choice off the menu. The Worthington beer was on form also. Deffo go again.

This is the best Indian food that we have ever had! Lovely relaxed environment and superb staff, immaculate toilet facilities. Would highly recommend to Indian food lovers 🍛We will be regulars for sure 😊👍🏻

Not very welcoming, only one waiter (out of the 5 that served us) who was slim built with a moustache and beard was friendly and genuinely welcoming. Starter was tasteless. Mains were ok. Nothing amazing unfortunately. Table cloth was stained and a chutney spoon was dirty. Pricey for less than generous portions. Check your bill properly. Expected much better. Lots of room to improve.

I found Le Raaj to be very clean with a relaxed atmosphere. The food was outstanding, its so nice to get food presented well and served on hot plates. Although one item came out wrong it was very quickly remedied with no fuss just lots of apologies. We had great service and I highly recommend Le Raaj and we will return in the near future :)

Generally a good first time experience. Car parking wasn't easy - shared with Travelodge. The restaurant was busy at 6.30pm and Table 23 was quite tight with a lot of server traffic. Service was quick. The food was good, except for one of the party who had a Chicken Korai which was described as medium but was very highly spiced and so he didn't enjoy or eat very much . We liked much of our experience and will go again.

Service was very slow and unfortunately the food was very average, not as good as we have been used to in the past, maybe they’ve changed the chef.

Food was good as was the service but it feels more like a fast food restaurant. Sitting on top of other diners, felt uncouncomfortable and intimidating.

Took friends and very disappointed at having to wait one and a half hours between starter and main course Food very good however and apologies for delay given. Won’t stop us returning

Went for a team dinner. Restaurant is beautifully decorated. Food was served promptly. Really tasty. Service fab. Enjoyed by all of us. Little hidden gem

They were fairly busy and it took them a while to take orders and food to arrive but food was good and decent portions on the mains. We were a very large group and we felt on the whole we were accommodated well.

Food was beautiful as was the restaurant, only issue we had was the lighting fast speed at which we were served our food. We were in and out in about 40 minutes.

Food was very nice with the best Garlic Naan I’ve ever tasted. Always a good sign when a restaurant is well attended on a Thursday evening.
