Half the options on the menu weren't available, people who arrived after got served before. The food took over an hour to come and we nearly had to say don't bother as we had a show to get to. I had to go inside to ask for service 3 times (water, food update, bill). They did apologise and accepted my request to not pay the service charge. Overall food was okay but would have liked better service and more availability from the menu.
Lively busy place. Food was great. Some dishes not available but what we had was very nice.
We did enjoy our meal very much. The service was also very good.

Great lasagna (I am Italian) and lovely location, friendly service. If you decide to go for the tris of lasagna do not order any starter as the portion is huge. We will be back.
