La Campana - Livingston

Good food , good service and great banter. Great value for money and we would not hesitate to return. A little gem of a restaurant.

Very nice and cosy atmosphere. Waiter was very funny, food was good, got a meat dish which was nice but my wife had some pasta which was awesome

We had a great time at at La Campana last night. This was our third visit and once again not disappointed. Excellent choice on the menu, food nicely cooked and plenty of it! Best of attention by waiter. The restaurant is clean and well laid out. Only slight grumble as a non drinker, it would have suited me to have a better choice of non sparkling soft drinks. Rate 9 out of 10. We do not live locally but will definitely be back.

Service excellent, food excellent would go back in a heartbeat. Wish I knew it was there before will definitely be recommending this restaurant to my family and friends.

Went on New Year's day. Good food and very friendly service. The staff had had very little rest as they had been busy with hogmanay but this did not effect their service or attitude. I would definitely recommend. I will be returning.

A great meal as always. The food and service are the best in the area. The staff go out of their way to be helpful and always cheery.

Brilliant meals with staff to match, shall certainly return and would recommend to others , surroundings were very pleasant with a nice bar area downstairs

There are a lot of great food choices and excellent service. It was quiet for a Monday lunch time but it is busier in the evenings.

Great friendly service, superb menu and quality of food very good. Slightly pricey but worth it as overall experience good. Location in Bellsquarry ideal, parking adequate.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The menu was varied which was good as I was there with an elderly relative and we both enjoyed our choices as food was very nice.

Excellent food and brilliant service! We will be visiting again with family. I'd recommend the chicken with asparagus sauce and also the pizzas! The desserts were great too!

Very busy but service was very good considering the restaurant was full, we could not fault the quality or size of portions as they filled the large dinner plates and the staff were very friendly.

Huge menu (perhaps too big) but we had tasty food and great service from the front of house staff, including off-menu wine recommendations. Will return with family.

It was our 1st time at this restaurant and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We were there early on a Tuesday evening so it was quiet which suited us. The decor is lovely, the menu large, the food delicious, very generous portions. The staff was pleasant and nothing to much bother. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.

The atmosphere in La Campana is warm and welcoming. The Staff are friendly and efficient. The quality of the food is excellent. First class experience!!

Last time we had the Châteaubriant which was fabulous and this time we had Italian which is the speciality of the restaurant and we were not disappointed. We also had a cheeky pre-dinner wine downstairs in the bar owned by the proprietor. It too is a nice spot.

The food and service were excellent. We will definitely be visiting La Campana again, as well as recommending it to our friends and relatives. There was a good atmosphere and the music wasn't too loud.

Not been here for years, decided to give it a try for lunch based on reviews. Not disappointed, food was very tasty and overall good value. Would recommend to others.

Wonderful food,service and ambience. At La Campana every meal is an occasion, attentive staff and careful planning ensures the restaurant has just the right number of diners for both atmosphere and appropriate timeliness of food. Highly recommended.

Surprised my parents for their 25th wedding anniversary and they loved it. Their favourite restaurant! Food was excellent and service as always was faultless. Will be rebooking in future.

Main course veal in Marsala was great, steak was tender and very well cooked. Nice ambience and good service. great chocolate profiteroles and cassata for dessert.

Restaurant lovely inside was a nice surprise as so small from outside. Very hot in the restaurant but was very warm night. Food was well presented & enjoyable. The wait for the main dish was a bit slower than expected but we were in no hurry. Steak dishes came with salad no veg not pointed out at time of ordering & not stated on the menu ok for the women but the men like veg. All in all good experience. will be back again.

Lovely place with a great atmosphere! This was our first time here and would certainly come back. Greeted with a warm welcome and a joke. The food was absolutely delicious, we had frogs legs and snails as starters, veal and a steak for mains and panacotta for desert. All tasted amazing!!

Was here with my girlfriend tonight, amzing food, great staff can not fault the place in the slightest. Back next month for my sisters 18th birthday dinner with the family.
